I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at your store today. The associate, a woman with glasses and Indian heritage, refused to notarize my document based on a rule that does not exist. I verified this information on the official UPS website, and I have never experienced this issue at any other UPS location.
Her behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which made the situation even worse. If this continues, it will definitely drive customers away from your store.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly so other customers don’t go through the same negative experience.
