Beware of buying stamps here. They mark up the face value by almost 50%. A book of stamps will cost you $1.00 per stamp instead of the $0.68 face value.

Package was attempted to be delivered 5 minutes before I got off work, twice in a row. There is no way to schedule it to be after a certain time (Not on the app, on web browser) tried to call customer service and was told to press 2 to answer call and it said “okay we will cancel your scheduled call back” terrible service all around in every aspect. Just use FedEx they are easier to contact and their app works

Marquette Rubalcada went above and beyond in helping us get my daughter’s eye glasses back. She listened to my situation and came up with a way to get them shipped to us. She followed through with updates and made sure I knew everything was going to work out. Simply outstanding customer service!

Paid about $100 for “next day air” shipping, my package got to its destination 2 days later due to some unknown “bad weather” event. Been trying to get my refund for almost 2 weeks now, have yet to hear anything back.

I am very happy with the customer service I received from this store, Lisa in particular. My companies parcel label was erroneously placed on another package and our parcel was for a time untracked. While this isn't ideal, it's how the store (LISA!) handled this issue and kept me in the loop while they worked towards fixing the issue that was so impressive. Once I did receive the parcel, a day later Lisa called me to check in on the status and she was delighted to hear that we did receive the box.

Literally the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Normally, I wouldn’t say anything but the guy behind the counter was so rude I couldn’t NOT say anything. I stepped out of line because they could get Amazon returns knocked out quick. He stated that I actually needed to print out the return label (No big deal), and to return to the line. I just asked if I had to go to the back of the line (super busy time of year. I get it.) or if I could return to my spot since it was a miscommunication. He then, very rudely said, “I don’t know can you?” Then he walked away. So that already made me frustrated. Finally, I made it to the correct return spot and the older lady with white long hair was rude when I asked why I’m being charged for a bag to put the rental back in. Just because I didn’t expect it. Anyway, she rudely told me, “yeah, they cost us money so of course we are going to charge you.” Again, I totally understand that, but why go out of your way to make me feel stupid when I was just asking a question? Avoid this place at all costs. They talk down to you and make you feel really unwelcome. Overall super unprofessional.
