Been here many times with package issued and have never felt once like they actually tried to help me figure things out. Just feels like they want you in and out as fast as possible. Maybe if y’all had a working number then I could just call and ask. Guess they probably don’t get paid enough to care but I’m tired of it

Notice in my mail box said I had certified mail I needed to pick up. The postal worker handed me the envelope that had clearly been opened. What I received was from the IRS. I’m certain you have to pass a background check to become a postal worker but this certainly doesn’t make this any less sketchy.

I don't know how this place could have a bad review. I've been to this location a dozen times. The ladies that work here are so sweet and kind. My packages have been delivered as normal each time I've been here. Happy customer here.

If I could give a negative 0 I would !!! The worse customer services given !!! The lady in the front told me to shut up!!! She has no good customer service!!! I wish I would have got her name and did !!! Being so rude cause she wanted me to pay for tape that was clearly right in front of her!!! She soooooo rude have no manners and really needs to be fired!!! To think yall hire people that tell yall customers to their face to shut up because she was upset!!! I’ll never use this post office again!!!! Just the worst of the worst

Horrible. Why do we waste tax money on this... Driver states that he can't deliver our packages because our driveway is blocked by a gate. Uh, we have TWO gates. One is always open. He's driven down the open gate before.

This post office and employees need to be investigated! Absolutely terrible and no faith that my insured packages won’t be stolen by employees! Whoever the guy with the lazy deep voice, he is terrible at his job and very ignorant! Please do some about this Post office!

I have the informed delivery set up, two Saturdays ago I was supposed to get my TXU bill in the mail and I still haven’t received. Idk if we got a new mailman in my neighborhood but if so he needs to make sure we receive our mail! Not the first time this had happened!

ALWAYS TAKES FOREVER! I often feel like these employees do not care about anyone’s time! Slow slow slooooww!! Elderly standing in the same spot for 20-30 minutes.. Ridiculous!

Postal employee was an absolute jerk. Purposely Slow and unhelpful and just mean. Rude. He lacked any basic knowledge on forwarding mail. He was an Older black man. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! He got LOUD and ignorant.

So, what deal with postman overlooking box flag to pick up mail and just stuffing mail in on top of it?!?!?!?!?! Id the flag of no value anymore. What’s more, more than half the time they may pick up mail and still leave flag in place!
