I called the postal office and spoke to Andy regarding our office's mail for the day. He was very kind and understanding, and he even reached out to update me on resolving the matter.

I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews, but my husband and I arrived at 9AM when they opened for a walkin appointment to get our passports. Frank was very courteous and helpful! Would highly recommend getting there early and you will not have any issues!
