I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews, but my husband and I arrived at 9AM when they opened for a walkin appointment to get our passports. Frank was very courteous and helpful! Would highly recommend getting there early and you will not have any issues!

If you are going here to do a walk-in passport application- avoid this place at all costs. If the appointment slots during the walk-in hours are full they will have you come back another day, even after waiting the full hour of walk-in, and being the first in line means nothing except one person “might” get their passport application submitted. Have a family of 4 that needs them, but also restricted because of time constraints? Forget about it, keep coming back for a few weeks-to-months to try to get all of the kids completed. Worst idea to have walk-in hours during regularly scheduled appointments. No flexibility or any sympathy here. AVOID this location if you value your time and sanity.

Junk mail arrives to mailbox says resident.My eBay items sent back. I'll tell you who lives at the address, not the carrier. This is what happens when you put stupid people in charge.

Today 5/5/25, my family and I had a passport application appt at 2pm. Unfortunately, our names didn't appear in the list but we had a proof/email from our cellphones. Mr. Frank, still went above and beyond to accommodate us. We did wait patiently, I can truly witness the way he handles customers. Everybody was treated and being taken cared of with a top notch customer service. I think Frank should be working in the White House. So, if anyone plans to apply/ renew for a passport, I highly recommend this place.

Mr Frank (at the passport section) is such an exceptional person, absolutely one of the nicest person I have ever come across in this city of Lubbock (and I 100% mean it).
So, my passport data page mysteriously got damaged and I needed to get another passport ASAP before my upcoming international trip, this great guy- Mr Frank made the process super easy for me and now just 2 weeks later, my new passport is here. Thank you, thank you Mr. Frank, cannot thank you enough!

Came to drop mail in the box but box was so full mail was hanging out. Can't risk my mail being stolen. It's almost as if the mail never gets emptied.

I am livid! Mail man decided to hold my mail with zero notice. But can deliver packages. Said I've gotten a notice on my door, which is a complete lie. Then, when I bring it up to a supervisor, I'm the liar. This has cost me money to get things delivered through UPS for FedEx. USPS is the worst!!!!!! I can't get my new ID delivered or credit cards because the mailman sends everything back to sender.
