I mailed out an international package 2 weeks ago and was told to register it in order to track the delivery for 21 dollars. I was not able to track the package online so I went into the office and the worker told me that there was no guarantee to track the package. 21 dollars is a lot for nothing and I still can not track my package and will have to call the office daily to see if it is delivered.

Not enough stars to give these gentlemen were all incredible.Thought my package was stolen and the two gentlemen in the store worked very hard to locate it. Not only that but in the time it took me to drive home another stellar postman had located and redelivered my package. Absolutely above and beyond, I’m more than grateful!

The staff and management were very helpful when I needed assistance. I appreciate the attention they gave to my concern (which had nothing to do with this location). Nicely stocked supplies. Friendly people.

Horrible place if you have to return packages, I’ve had one package lost with no help from the Supervisor so I just lost out there. He’s rude and makes excuses as to why everyone else lost your package except them. Now I’m dealing with the same issue AGAIN on 3 other packages and I’m getting the same treatment. He is blaming other people for the problem when it’s clearly been shipped through them!

How can a post office lose a package! I'm waiting for a flag to come in the mail cuz my dad was a veteran of the military and they say it was delivered but I have nothing. What kind of people do they have working for them! A flag goes missing and I get the run around

Frank was amazing! I didn't have an appointment to get my passport and he took me in and was out within 30 minutes!
