I mailed 3 certified letter Januay 8/23Jsnuary 9/23January 10/23to same address signature required, 2 of them resived without getting signature,!!!!!!!one of them went to one step before to recipient for no reasons turn back to a facility in my town even I don't have access to it ,and it's very important letter, customer service is not helpful, nobody help so far

Why would USPS pick up a priority package in Lubbock, ship to Amarillo then back to Lubbock only to sit for a day before delivering to its final destination of Wolfforth. As an efficiency expert, this is a waste of taxpayer money and low customer satisfaction.

I dropped off a $100 package that needed to be sent and its just gone! tried calling multiple times as well to find out if the package was held and no answer. i wish i got paid to suck this much at my job!

I have received others mail in my mailbox and others have received my mail in their mailbox my medicine has been delivered to someone else’s mailbox and my mail has been delivered to someone else’s mail box it never gets any better no matter who the person is they just don’t have any desire to be responsible and take the time to do the job right it’s hurry up and get done no matter what inconvenience you cause others there is no concern and respect for any one else I think the manager of this post office should be fired or replaced he is not doing a good job of training his staff the whole team needs to be retrained or retired it’s no wonder they have to have a bailout every year they are so poorly run. Line out the door and has not moved except for customers giving up and leaving. 1 person working?! Really?Still here 25 minutes later. 3 people have left, but other than that,line has not moved. Will not answer phone. Just don't know what else to say. Line is so long behind me!

It would be nice if someone knew how to answer the phone. I have called over 20 times today and NO ONE is answering the phone. It rings and rings until it hangs up....and that's only from today.It's sad when you cannot even reach someone to get in contact with regarding a matter than has been going on for over a week and cannot get resolved.TERRIBLE!

It's taking 10-20 days just to mail or receive bills across Lubbock and/or Midland. Not every company provides online payment service. This is unacceptable.

Update your hours online. My goodness. Says online your open till 1pm. But your window says 12pm. How hard is that? Typical USPS, not caring about peoples time.
