Christmas package delivered to Virginia instead of Lubbock ,Texas. Tried to get it resolved locally, apparently the employee at Sunset station thought it humorous as he laughed about it.Haven't received any mail since (almost a week now) . I have had many problems with this post office through the years , from "attempted deliveries" (jewelry found in mail vehicle later ) to lost and misdirected mail and packages. Recommend having important mail and valuable packages sent to your workplace. I've worked at the same place 43 years and never had a problem with post office at 50th and L . Maybe a petition to have Sunset Station audited/ investigated is order.

Someone at the post office decided I was moving. They stopped delivering most of my mail. Hopefully the problem has been corrected. Doubtful!!! but still hoping

Best post office in lubbock hands down! All the employees are SO nice and kind and very rarely are they busy. So glad I moved to this side of town and can use this post office. The customer service I received here made all the difference.

The lady with the glasses was very rude and would not accept my package because i used a UPS shipping label. I always give my UPS packages to the usps off of the loop and they kindly accept everytime. I don’t know what her problem was.

I live at Lynnwood Townhomes and have not received my mail in over 2 weeks. There is a stack of about 50 envelopes going to different addresses in the open slot because they were put in the wrong box by our mail carrier. I have photos of all the envelopes and will be sending it to the Postmaster General. Please find a new driver that will deliver to the correct address please.

One of the postal clerks, an elderly man (Bill I think his name was) was acting really grouchy towards me and other people.Considering that every other clerk I've dealt service with was really gracious, he left a sour feeling with me. Really disappointed.

They have a drive up mail drop box! Sure sometimes it is full (-1 star) but beats having to regularly go inside.

Just have to vent about the post office. I go here daily as I'm an online retailer. I try to use my own tape but I thought they did let you use their priority mail tape if you needed it. The other day they said they weren't handing it out anymore but they could tape it for me. I couldn't get to the dollar store to get more tape because my car has been in the shop for a month and I only have 30 min. after my daughter gets out of school to get to the post office & back home on most days. That's it. I can't go anywhere else. So I asked them to tape my box on a priority mail package and they replied we do ask that you have it all ready when you come in. I had it in the box I just needed the box tape shirt and the label taped on. What? Really? I don't know if this is something new or what. And then the guy advises me he doesn't know if he can ship it in my medium flat rate box I mean it was a tight fit but it was doable. I'm sorry but I'm not going to pay five more dollars for upgrading the shipping I was already paying more for the customer since I didn't have a box but I had flat rate boxes. And the rates just went up again and you're going to have that kind of customer service? I was thinking if you're going to be that expensive you need a try a little bit harder. We're not all rich either.

I swear, I wish I could go lower than 1 star, they don't deserve a single star. I live in an apartment complex, and for every package that needs a signature, the mail guy just puts a notice in the mail box saying that he "attempted" to deliver, and drives off. The guy/girl never even bothers to attempt to deliver to my door, where there is an obvious clip where you could leave your notice of an attempted delivery. I checked my packages tracking info, and it showed that the attempted delivery was 10 minutes ago.... I was freaking in my apartment by the freaking door, no one knocked, and no notice was left by the door. They do this time and time again, forcing me to have to go to the post office each time I want to pick up something that required a signature. If there's ever an alternative way to receive mail in my area that's not from the Post Office, I'm doing it, I would love to watch this place sink to the bottom of the ocean.

Carriers are bad at their job, like really really bad. I get my bills in the mail that don't matter as I pay them online, but God forbid if I get a check, credit card, legal docs, package, etc, you can bet your sweet dollar they put that in someone else's box.... pathetic excuse of a post office. I never was for the whole defund the usps thing before, but living here, having this be my main mail carrier service, I think I wouldn't mind if they went bankrupt anymore. Might just have to get a PO box

delivered my package to the wrong address. i called and they said that they will have to call me back… that was 2 weeks ago. they have no information about when i can start receiving mail at my house.horrible customer service. thanks for losing my package and never getting back to me.

First time I visited this location, the postman was taping my box and said “ok you can go now. You dont have to stand there watch me tape your box. I said I’d do it. You can go” i said i just would rather stay to confirm with my own eyes that the package was sealed and he goes “i said I’d do it so you can get out” . Second time I went, my package never shipped out. And they were no help.
