Worst post office I have ever dealt with. We purchased a new home and our lock has now been changed 3 times to where we can't access our mail due to new people moving into our neighborhood. When you call nobody seems to know what is going on and the postmaster is never in. We have no access to our mail which is illegal. They say they will call you back and then you never hear anything.

This post office is by far the worst!! Wouldn't give me my mail because I didn't have a picture id BUT THE LAST FEW TIMES THEY GAVE ME MAIL WITHOUT IT AND when there is several different names in my household !! Absolutely rude also!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL!!

This post office is very unorganized no one that works there takes accountability for their miscommunication , they all drop the ball on one another . I will not recommend anyone use this post office to receive mail. I would recommend anyone to get a P.O. Box in Lubbock this post office does not meet expectations for a well run post office ?

Lavonda is a very efficient and kind postal worker. It is always a joy to visit the Wolfforth post office.

Beyond frustrated with delivery issues with packages honestly. However, I am editing this review only because I went to the building today (4/30/22) before they closed at 11am and had fast and friendly customer service . The gentleman was curteous and patient. I appreciated the warm smile and even though ive had bad luck with the carriers, I appreciate you all and what you do. ?

I put in an inquiry about my parcel key and they were so quick to help me and got me my package. I forgot her name but she’s great ! Thank you so much

I have been my mail at this post office since 2001. Half the time i dont get my mail. There have been bills and packages that make it to this facility but never make it to my box. They can't even tell what happened to any of it. It's beyond frustrating.

I understand we live out of city limits but our Mail man/woman doesn’t come every day and just recently, an Amazon package was said to be left in our mailbox, and we went out to an empty mailbox.

My house is not hard to find y’all deliver mail to it every day and I have a package ordered and y’all can’t figure out the right place really!! Sad
