Older lady with white girl yesterday was working
Great customer service
Came back again since the other location wants to put a closed sign
Lady was counting drawer
Wasn’t in a hurry
She just has that touch with customers
Asked about a bbq sandwich and she went in the back and pulled it out
But it was frozen
That’s customer service
Taking the initiative
White old man doesn’t seem friendly
U can just tell

First time here and was very pleased cashier named Joe was very curtious ,and informative on laundry and showers . This will be on our places to stop for sure .Thank you again also a lot of truck parking.We had shower,did laundry and had a bite everything was great.

Close to home. Newer manger. Takes time to get things cleaned up after one person doesn't do right. All the day staff is nice. Food is fresh. Showers for truckers. Easy access. Clean. The over night lady is awesome. Doesn't take your rudeness. She is a hard worker. You'll figure out whom Im speaking of. She doesn't smile much, but she is in busy, and somewhat bad location. Ave A is considered to be east side. The store is clean, not over filled isles. Many items to choose from. Remember your smile makes them smile. If it doesn't then try to help them smile. Their day has been long too.

The store was clean.ConvenientBut the young man behind the register needs to have better customer service. If he’s not happy then move on. Can’t be rude if you choose to work here. He seems like he could be a good kid. Just smile authentically.

Manager is very rude and staff also has a tendency to be rude and cursing as they talk with one another and customers are present and the food is expensive and never fresh... I RECOMEND YESWAY ON 4TH AND TOLEDO...

I give it no stars. Not only did I not get towels.....the room smelled like rotten eggs....there was toilet paper in the toilet like someone used it....the doorhandle was broken on the inside of the room... And I will not shower here again.
