I went to the Verizon store on university and they told me I couldn’t switch from android to iPhone. I decided to go to the 34th street location and Jacob L provided excellent service. He also got me set up with moving all of my info from android to iPhone seemlessly.

I’ve been pretty nervous about switching phones, moving everything over and thinking it would take hours since Sprint always took so long to do anything. Our business phones needed updated and T Mobile who I never wanted , purchased Sprint. I went into Verizon and spoke with Eddie who let me do most of what was needed through text and it took a limited amount of time in store. I was out with a cheaper plan, plus three new phones and everything moved over in less than 45 minutes. Very happy customer!

The Milwaukee location was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable. I was actually told by this location to go over there for help. I live 3 blocks from this location on 34th st. No clear answers or solutions as to why my iPhone 14 hasn’t been reliable and glitching during business trips recently. I wanted to pay the online price and they could not match that even though there was no promo for online only. I actually wanted the s23 or whatever I could get in store since I have another trip in the next few days. No help whatsoever ever at this location
