Very rude on the phone when asking for information. I’m not trusting yall with anyone’s hair with the attitude I just got over asking simple questions.

I went in today at lunch time for a eyebrow wax and a blowout and was told that they couldn't do it because they were so busy for back to school so I walked back in at 4:13 and they said oh no all the girls have already left your sign says you're there till 5:00 so if you're open till 5:00 why could nobody at least do the wax like I asked not the blowout but just the wax so I guess is there that busy they don't need any new customers.

It’s only a 1 star because I had to pick something. If you want to leave here with orange hair after several hours and processing then this is your place. I came for highlights and a cut and got neither of those. The stylist consistently asked her peers for support and ultimately went with her own decision which was a cocktail of toners all at once. Totally ruined my hair. She finally got the instructor telling her what she did so I was hearing that for the first time dreading to even see what the outcome was.
They tried more things and the results the same, patches of orange all over. The stylist even blamed the instructor taking no accountability for what she did.
I finally couldn’t take it anymore and in tears still had to pay full price for the huge mess up hours later. No kindness or compassion at all.
I ended up going to a salon to have it fixed.
I would not recommend wade gordon.

Trashiest, most disgusting hair/nail academies I have EVER stepped foot into. Rudest, most ego driven teachers of all time with students that pay no attention to them, smoking outside the back of the building all day. Absolutely horrific. Do not get your hair or nails done here and definitely don’t go here or send your kids to this academy. DISGUSTING

Great place to get your hair maintained or fixed (in my case) speak w your student stylist to ensure services and prices being done beforehand to avoid $urpri$e$. They even have manicurist! Got my hair cut my one student which came out perfect the coloring was also done by another and came out beautiful!

It took 4 hours to get my short hair highlighted and trimmed! The student was so unorganized and evidently after 7 months has not learned anything!
