Very unorganized stuff. I set an appointment and arrived 20 minutes prior. They couldn’t log into their system and find me. I had to wait almost an hour to get my COVID shot. And people who were walk ins and arrived after me got it before me. I set an appointment for a reason, however did not receive service I was expecting.

DO NOT go here!! Pharmacist is extremely rude - gave me the wrong medication and refused to give me the one I normally take. Customer Service is the worst i've ever experienced at a Walgreens.

Walgreens advertises Covid Testing on its website. My son needed to be tested to travel home. We went through the screening process and were given an appointment time. He arrived and a sign said come back tomorrow, testing canceled. No one in the store could answer any questions, and just gave him a number to call which no one answered. The next day he came back to the same sign. Because of this, he was not able to fly. Walgreens handled this so badly, not even returning calls or giving options through customer service. Do not schedule appoints here if you need that appointment.

I’m just sitting here, heartbroken wonder what I’m going to do. I’m so mad words cannot explain. I found myself tearing up at the pharmacy trying to problem solve and walked away with a couple tear drops that mustered their way to my face. I get home, sobbing, my pups confused and I get a phone call— from the pharmacist that assisted me (and always has). He just wanted to make sure I was ok and to tell me he’s looked up everything he can trying to help. That phone call calmed my nerves. Knowing he went out of his way to check on me, going above and beyond to try and find a solution was incredibly nice and unexpected. I thanked him for the call and effort, his response was “I could see the terror in your face”. Thank you Clayton at Walgreens. You did a good thing.

The people that work at this pharmacy are very nice to me very time I go drop and get my medicine I give the a 10 5 stars and I'll will always go here thank you so much for all you who work in this Walgreens for evening so nice to me god bless you all.

I think the average wait time at the pharmacy is 10 minutes, whether there are cars already in the drive through or not. Im also signed up to receive texts when my prescriptions are ready, and there's been 3/5 occasions that I've gone after a text has been sent, but my script isn't done!! Probably going to go back to cvs
