This is supposed to be a 24hr pharmacy. Call ahead to refill a prescription and the pharmacy phone had me on hold for 50 mins. so in the mean time while I was on hold I drove up to the pharmacy just to get there and the pharmacy was close. The recording on the phone said lunch break from 1:30 -2:00 lunch break, but at 12:15am the shades were drawn down and they were closed. I ask one of the workers is the pharmacy closed and his reply was" yes they don't have any one to work" ...WTF

Check you prescription before you leave. if you request a refill and they admittedly give you the wrong dosage you will be required to pay for a new prescription. No apologies, not customer service skills. 4th & Slide is by far the worst store in Lubbock.

Most of the technicians and pharmacists are very nice but it appears the prescription tracking system is very outdated. Often times we wait for a very important prescription for my child to get filled and we call at least once a day to followup and it never gets filled. Someone from the pharmacy always creates a new profile for my daughter in their tracking system and her prescription always gets lost, often times it's in the wrong profile or it's sitting in a pile of scripts waiting to be scanned and put in the tracking system. One time the script sat in a pile of other scripts and the pharmacist told us the physicians office hadn't sent the script, this happened twice in one day. But we checked with the physicians office and they gave us the fax confirmation proving it is as sent and received. It wasn't until we threatened to file a complaint because the script was a controlled substance and it was lost, until they all started looking for it and found it. The sad thing is this was almost a week after it was sent from the physicians office. Stay away from this location is you really need your medication. Stay well!

The employees in the pharmacy are very rude. Multiple times I have been in line and ignored completely. Multiple times I have been in line and had other customers who had dropped off their scripts, told to come get in the front of the line in front of everyone in line, since their prescription was ready. The tall guy with half shaven, half curly hair argued and laughed at two people today. He is very unprofessional and when he use to work on the floor he was also rude and loud and cared very little about the customers. I'm not really sure why a employee like this is allowed to still work here. The pharmacy is probably the worst in town. At least they are the best at being horrible.

I had just got off a plane just wanted to get my medicine and go home. Well the person working in the pharmacy told me my doctor only had privlidges in Ohio... Even though it's a doctor from Texas. It has his address and phone number both from Texas right on the script. The guy working was very rude and had zero customer service skills.

Clean. Open 24 hours! They are usually fast and friendly (although one of the pharmacists/techs is pretty rude). I love this place. I go there all the time and they have most everything you need. Great place for school supplies, seasonal gifts and candy, and most any groceries.
