Employees leave you on hold so they don’t have to talk to you. Called the store and asked a man to check if my pictures came in. I was left on hold for an entire hour until I finally hung up. I’ve called to check in before and it has never taken longer than 5 minutes. Ridiculous waste of time.

Walgreens used to be great. with everything going on and the "New system". Currently ALL Walgreens in the Lubbock area are understaffed, staff is overworked and shipment delays are often. I still reserve hope it will return to its former Glory.

So I had to return a product and decided to do a email receipt and not paper. I couldn’t find the email receipt. So Ashley and Val at the register were very friendly and patient with me. It took almost 30 minutes cause I couldn’t find the receipt. So after everything they still smiled and told me to have a great day. I would come back to this Walgreens again. But hopefully not for a return. Get paper receipt it makes everything a lot easier.

I alway had good professional services there. They alway had what I went for. Hearing aid batteries alway had my size & fresh batteries up to date. First aid supplies available & seasonal products like winter medicine, summer products . Wife never mind QUESS MAKEUP! Say no more if I want supper. Anyway I been go in there 30 yrs or so,they are consistent with their services. I want to THANK Walgreens for the great services.

At this location, I was told that they are not sanitizing their shopping carts after each use, and that they are not required to do so. I found that very surprising. The cashier even walked over to another employee who was stocking on an aisle and discussed the fact that I had asked. They didn't even have the decency to wait and talk about me after I had left. Also, the cart cleaning towel station set up at the front door had one towel sticking out of it that was bone dry. I felt unsafe in this store. Your safety standards as far as Covid-19 goes, are laxed and substandard, and your people are oblivious to the dangers. I won't be back.

I hate this location. It's not even my usual store but my doctor for some reason sends my prescription to this location every month. I try to bring my husband with me because they are nice to him but extremely rude to me.
