Walgreens employees are always friendly at this store and professional. I receive my prescriptions here and use the drive-thru and they are quicker than most and I always have great experiences here. I also order online and pick up at this store. You can get some great sales and use their coupons; plus you make money. It’s a total win win situation! I highly recommend this store!

Pharmacy needs to either get it together or hire new people. I called the pharmacy to see the status of my prescription and the lady who answered was telling me that I couldn’t go in to get my prescription today. She was wanting me to go the next day, Saturday. I called around 5:30 and the pharmacy closes at 6, she just didn’t want me to go cause she wanted to go home. To add to all of that, she didn’t even tell me if my prescription was filled, which was the purpose of the whole call. When I went to get my stuff, they didn’t even give me one of my prescriptions so now I have to go back and get it tomorrow.

Don't normally leave reviews on pharmacy as I've never felt the need. But, wow, this is a first. You need to set aside 30 minutes of your day to sit in the drive-through. And it's like this every time. Wild this place has been allowed to operate like this for so long. Somebody come help them out.

Phone system needs SEVERE help!!! I do Not like trying to get through to a breathing person in the pharmacy. I don’t want to talk to a Robot.
ALSO the hours on the website need to be corrected. Says open at 7:00 am. Correct time is 9:00 am. And closing at 5:00pm? And not open on Saturday? Makes it tough for people to get prescriptions if they have to work.
Only reason I keep my prescriptions here is because it’s near my house and I like the retail part of the store.

The pharmacy sucks lady was checking out in front of me took forever and because I was waiting the time was past 6 o’clock they wouldn’t let me get my medicine and they are closed on weekends and I work from 5am to 5pm out of town by the time I get there they are closed they make everything so difficult.

Very disrespectful of my time. Script wasn't ready when I arrived. Fine. They said they'd start working on it immediately. I watched new prescriptions being added to the bin as they were filled, then 20 minutes went by when nothing was added. Someone finally asked if I've been helped again, and was told that my script was ready. So it had been ready for at least 20 minutes with no one having the courtesy to let me know. Didn't even get a "sorry for the wait".

Visited Walgreens today after registering for a Covid vaccine online. Walked in and there are no Walgreens that have Covid vaccines in my town. They're waiting on updates in "probably July."
I had already gone to CVS but they are not on our insurance so the vaccine would be "about $190."
Here's the thing. We should try to make things as challenging as is possible. Ensure our websites aren't kept up-to-date. Make everything super-mega expensive. There's probably some Scrooge somewhere who needs another dollar to make his or her next bazillion dollars.
Just make everything as cumbersome and stupid as possible.
Then we can all sit around and wonder why our country ranks so poorly in so many places where we used to lead. Hmm...wonder why? The staff was exceptional--just empty handed.

Check your expiration dates before accepting your prescriptions!! Had to pay nearly $500 for an epipen only to get home and discover the pen expired in 4 months. My expectation was a year like every other prescription. Called the pharmacy and they stated there was nothing they could do and that they did nothing wrong as the medicine wasn’t expired when it was given to me. Sheesh.

Staff is friendly, but communication lacking. It usually takes multiple attempts to get prescriptions filled. When I talk to them about needing a certain brand because my insurance will not fill the generic, they routinely disregard the information, give me a generic and try to charge hundreds of dollars. Then we wait another 3-4 days. I got my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. it took them two days to send it over and then they did not send over all prescriptions. Two more calls and 10 days later, I think they finally sent to the other pharmacy what my child needs to keep breathing.

New Rx counseling is 'mandatory' in Texas per law. A pharmacist came to the drive-thru, scanned the 'counseling' barcode, and then walked out. They cannot waive the counseling like that. I wanted to comment on the survey, but they didn't give me a receipt, so I could not. The pharmacy was not even busy. I was the only person on the drive-thru, and when I looked inside the store thru the window, there was no patient.

Isabella or isabel the middle aged woman working the shift on Saturday July 15th 2023 refused my service. I was trying to send off a package at the fedex onsite but she immediately refused my service and told me that she couldn’t help me. I wish I could speak to a manager but she would probably lie and tell me that she was the manager… I just don’t see how there are people like her who get to have a job who is too lazy to do her job rather than help and serve the customer/guest which is me. When there are people like me who struggle to get hired and find a job. It makes 0 sense. If a Manager or Boss is reviewing this I would love to speak to one regarding my experience… Totally unprofessional and pathetic for a store to be rude and lazy as isabella was.
