I've always encountered very staff. I use the Walmart app to help me find what I'm looking for. I have no doubt the store changes their layout every time I go there. Use the App.

I appreciate the availability of merchandise when I shop at the Walmart Supercenter at 11415 Quaker. I have visited several locations for Walmart and have not been able to find what I need.
The employee's are always helpful and give service with a smile.
The store is clean and organized.
The bathrooms are always clean and available.

BIGGEST Walmart in Lubbock. Clean,
most always fully stocked on most anything you are looking for. From clothes, to hardware, electronics, movies, pharmacy, not to mention their Large grocery section of the store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is plenty of parking. Good location. One thing I have noticed is that because this Walmart is just 'beyond' Lakeridge, the store may be
a little higher $$ than other comparable Walmarts. But, on the whole, A VERY GOOD STORE TO SHOP... OR TO JUST BROWSE AROUND.

Don't do pickup unless you have an extra 45 minutes to wait. Great store, but the slowest pickup time in town.

At the self checkout, the Walmart employee in the wheelchair moved my basket without asking or saying excuse me. Total disrespect! Then on my way out of the store, the “greeter” stopped me to see my receipt and verify my items. Many people were leaving the store at the same time that I was, but I was the only black person. Total racial profiling. At least TRY to hide it. I called back to speak with the manager, Timothy. I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. Timothy was too busy for this customer. I’ve had many bad, racially fueled experiences in Lubbock, but never at this store. Sad.
I would give 0 stars but Google insists on giving what’s not deserved. A “participation” star.
