I love this store! Great prices, friendly employees and clean. The only thing I would change is I wish the restrooms smelled like soap/cleaners instead of just water.

This is the worst Walmart ever I'm disabled in a 405# power chair. I go to shop there and couldn't get any help. Had to go to self check out surprise surprise. Scan the printer didn't scan correctly clearly needing help and the assistant if you wanna call her that watched us struggle watched my daughter walk by multiple times then finally decided she was going to help after watching my wife struggle. If I could leave a a half star I would.

I was able to get help when a specific item wasn't on the shelf. They checked stock and went and found my item. The store is very nice & clean.

Descent selections at this Walmart. Love the new streamline aesthetic. It feels like it’s easier to find what you need and get in & out. As someone who does not like to shop, I appreciate that. This location is very popular though being so close to Tech. Most common sizes in apparel go quick.

The pick up takes an hour or more every time. I love everything else and I understand that they get busy but so does HEB and Target and never have I even had to wait half of that time I do at this Walmart.

Thus is SOLELY based on the deli. They never have anything ready. Anytime of day it doesn't matter they either have nothing ready or they have very select few options. What is the point of even having it. And most of the workers at the deli are rude.

Was grounded. Love the food choice and entertainment area. Bought a coffee maker and prices were reasonable. There were no long lines at cashout. I have been going there for years because of low prices and assorted wear, parking lot needs to be cleaned more often.

Probably the worst pick up in Lubbock delayed last night and next day delay didn’t even get a text or message and Walmart chat just says they are experiencing high orders but we are the largest employer in the world and untied and heb are just as busy and don’t have a problem with high orders so save your time and just go anywhere else

Great store, location, products. Parking needs to be addressed. Way too many pick up spots for what is used. I've always seen about 90% vacant and I go there a lot. Pick up should be on the North side of the store and leave front parking spaces for in store customers. Store is always crowded with online cart orders and employees give you a look when you ask them to move because you need something that they are blocking. Would be nice if the store had set hours for online shopping orders so we can shop without having to dodge the carts.
