The director Katie, I believe stole my refund check. She claimed the main office approved my refund on my deposit, and stated only she could give it to me. However when I would call to get intouch with her to make arrangements to pick up my check (for months), she was always out of the office or never returned my calls. So I believe she stole my funds or lied. Either way not professional at all on her part.

My daughter attended this place for two years. š„ŗ Yesterday was her last day..... Thank you to the amazing teachers she's had amazing group of lady's all in all. If I could give y'all more stars I would. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø We love y'all.

I donāt know where to start! This was the first time that I put my son in a daycare and it has been nothing but a bad experience. I was told to pack a bag of extra clothes, a cup and a sleeping bag for his first day. On that his first day his teacher was not there so his class was combined with another class so the next day when he was with his original teacher they asked me to move his belongings to her classroom. When I went to grab them they were all wrapped up the same way I had them the day before. That made me wonder did my baby get anything to drink on his first day and what did he sleep on? That was the first red flag for this place and I kept my son in there because I just kept telling myself that we are just having a hard time because itās his first daycare. Fast forward to a week before his last day, my son was out with a different teacher due to his original teacher quitting and when I picked him she would tell me things like āI didnāt remember his name, I was calling him Eric hahaā. I did not find it funny at all! Iām suppose to leave my son with these people and feel comfortable about it but how am I suppose to do that when they donāt even know my sons name? I know they have multiple kids to watch after but joking around about it is crazy to me, the next day when I went to pick him up he was running ahead of me and as he turned the corner one of the teachers yelled at him really loud and then when I turned the corner behind him she immediately started to backtrack and apologize. After that incident I did not take him back even though he only had a week left. When I came to grab his belongings his cup was filthy on the lid and there was still water in it, it really makes me wonder if they were just going to let him drink the same water that was in if I were to take him back. These people would always try to reassure me but there actions never fail to disappoint me. We only kept my son in this daycare for a month and a half and I hated it! Do not put your babies here trust me!

Im not even marking any stars, because I have heard nothing but bad things about this place. I am moving to Lubbock soon and was considering enrolling my daughter here but not anymore. This place is last on my list, actually not even last itās not even a option. And if there was a case where my kid was enrolled here and I didnāt receive a call that my kid got hurt or got told that my kid got punished wrongly. I would take immediate action against whoever didnāt tell me they got hurt and wrongly punished them.

they will continue to let their employees work there after hurting your child purposely only discipline used is a short probation go with your gut and find somewhere safe for your babies! NEGATIVE 5 stars & to the worker that hurt that baby i hope your man gets you 10 times worse ā¤ļø

An amazing daycare; all the staff are lovely and caring with my daughter. I am always aware of what is happening with my daughter. I really recommend it. If you are looking for a safe place for your child, this is the perfect place.

My kiddos have been going here for only about a month but oh my goodness they treat my kiddos amazing. My 4 year old son who is autistic has had problems at every other daycare we have been to but the staff here actually takes the time to get to know the kids and know what helps and doesnāt. My 2 year old is also behind in speech and they treat him just like he is one of their own children and work with him to learn more words. We love the staff here and couldnāt ask for a better daycare for our boys!

With all due respect, this is by far the worst daycare my child have ever been too. You're 100% assured of getting your child early or preventable events happening on a weekly bases...so unprofessional and uncaring. Often canceled daycare, lack of activities & exposure for the kids, not actually looking after the kids, unkempt, house keeping is "0" like dirty and worst of them all so impromptu without no refunds.

The new front staff is rude and its very hard to get help. The only one up front that is amazing is octavia. My sons teacher Lisa is great as well. My sons father went to get our son and he was given dirty looks and was asked for his ID even though he used his code to walk through the front. She said she had never seen him before even though he has come to pick up his son a lot since the new people have come in. I think they should pay better attention. I definitely miss the old front staff and being told good morning and to have a nice day instead of being ignored.

They will rip you off your money and a policy that says payments that were made can't not be refunded and they charged me more than what was suppose to be charged on my account I will be seeking legal action
