This bank is trash and I will be leaving soon... Yes I know overdraft is a service they do not have to provide, this is not the only issue I have had with them, just the one that irritated me the most. I been with his back for more than 10 years, and a couple payments that I have come out a couple days before my check hits sometimes and they have allowed me to overdraft to cover those for the entire time I have had this account. Just recently they quit allowing me to do that, after 10 years. They returned these payments and one of them was just a couple more dollars I had in my account. I wound up having to pay like a 30 dollar return fee on that bill. Yes is not a service they have to provide but why the all of a sudden change after years. And not only do u get the money back but also a 35 dollars fee. The customer service people are rude as hell and this bank is inconsistent. I can definitely see why people drop this bank.

Too bad there is not a NO stars. Over 10 minutes in the drive through to cash a check under 100. And then they send it back for another signature another 5 minutes. No long lines either

I have a checking account with them...when to get change in $1s, $5s for my store... I was told they couldnt give me change because I don't have a business account.. makes no sense... I had to go to Market Street to get change with their customer service and they did help me how embarrassing that a grocery store can do the job you guys can't

This is the Worst dam bank in town!!!!!!! Everything is so difficult their attitudes are shit and they don't care and won't help you this branch makes me hate this bank so much but who has time to go all the way downtown

This facility is rude and unprofessional and is unclear about what paperwork is needed to be brought in and disrespectful to customers. If you make an appointment at 4:30 or come in at 4:30 be prepared to get guilted about how you’re there before closing and how they absolutely have to be out the door by 5. It’s like they’re completely unaware that normal people work for a living. Even if THEY SET UP THE APPOINTMENT WITH YOU IN PERSON.

Made an appointment online and worked with Celia who honored our appointment time and was so helpful in assisting me with my accounts. Not once did I feel pressured. She was very professional and we finished in about 20 minutes. The bank tellers are also very quick. Would visit this branch again.

Everytime I wonder if the people or business motto has changed, I am assured it just gets less friendly. All I needed was to change $100 bill into smaller bills for the Booster concession stand. But can't do that without an account. Thank you City Bank for doing it for me without any issues. That is a friendly bank!

Opened a new savings account with Samera and it went great! Didn’t have to wait long to be seen and she helped us the whole way answering our many questions. We had a great conversation while she filed the paperwork and gave us some awesome restaurant recommendations! All the staff here is so friendly, can’t recommend it enough if you need an on-site bank!!

Called them about charges and they sent me to wells fargo customer service and the man on the customer service line started laughing that I was upset about the charges super unprofessional on his end!!! Will be changing banks now!!

We had pulled in and send our information in 5 minutes later the lady came on asking what we needed we had let her know and we proceed to wait 20 minutes when we finally got what we needed. The costumer service was not it , they were very unfriendly and unprofessional and the wait was just too long. Definitely needs help with time management.

I love Wells Fargo they will absolutely enter a boxing match for any disgruntled charges to your account and have a pitbull attitude till the end.
