I recommend that u don't any of their branches I was treated very poorly and customer service is everything yet they treated me like a second class citizen on their 82nd st branch especially this branch has not done anything wrong to me yet but I will never be a customer of any branch of Wells Fargo Bank because how I was treated Wells Fargo sucks and I hope they read this and overhaul their entire staff at the 82nd location how many bad reviews dose a business need to get before they make som changes!? If I could leave zero stars I would!

I have been with Wells Fargo Bank for many years and while their service in the bank is fantastic, I am extremely disappointed that I cannot access my account on line and there is no support with their 2nd outage in one week and NO PHONE SUPPORT! Unbelievable! Their on-line banking has been down for more than 24 hours and there are no directions to go anywhere or do anything. I don't know anyone who does not bank on line now days. We have 8 accounts at this bank and are looking for a bank we can count on that has a back up emergency plan for a situation like this they can support.

A nice bank. They have greeters and the bankers are friendly. They make sure to take care of the reason for the visit.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Lubbock gets a snow storm and my husband and I venture out as we had a little of an emergency situation. We are walking in and the manager yells out "we don't open til 10!" Keep in mind it's 9:48... 12 minutes from them opening. He made us sit in our car for 10 minutes before coming in. How's that for customer service in a blizzard? You guys suck! DO not use this branch. They are so rude

Twice recently I've contacted this branch regarding a rather complex issue. Although the first person was unable to assist me, she knew who could. This was a relief in itself since I was dreading being told to call an 800#. I don't hear well and phones can be difficult. I contacted the person I was referred to and he was both patient and helpful. When I needed more information a few days later, I was again treated with the utmost courtesy by Danny. Also my initial contact person (Pam?) called the next day to verify I had received the assistance I needed. I have accounts with multiple banks and the service and online banking at Wells Fargo has out done them all! Thanks!

I gave this WF a second chance two years after I said that I would more than likely never return due to a bad experience with a member of management. While this location is certainly one of the busier branches within the city, I'm starting to see a bit of a pattern due that is consistent with my prior experience. THE GOOD: Customer service here is quite good, I'll admit. It is a pleasant sight to see a banker greet you at the door and offer assistance, despite a long line forming for the tellers. The tellers themselves always seem to have positive attitudes as well. A good plus for this branch is that there always seems to be a pot of fresh coffee available for its members. For these aspects alone, I would easily rate this branch 4-5 stars. THE BAD: I'm really not sure what to say when it comes to members of management. While I do not doubt their competence, I give pause in wondering about their assertiveness as well as willingness to assist the members with complex situations that involve loans and other finances. This goes beyond a checking/savings account issue, which any member can handle. If you have a title of branch manager of vice president, my expectation level is higher when it comes down to offering valid & reasonable banking solutions instead of offering a telephone number for a service that will refer you back to the branch anyway. This aspect really, really puzzles me, as well as disappoints. As it stands, I had to go into my home branch within Fort Worth the following day, of which a branch manager resolved my issue within 30 minutes and did not refer me to a 1-800 #. For these aspects of branch management, I would have to give 2-3 stars. Altogether, I would say that the 90% of the employees at this branch are great. Yet the remaining 10% that are in positions of higher responsibility really are questionable in their willingness to offer financial solutions. For excellent customer service with checking/savings account transactions, I would come to this branch. However, for financial resolutions that require management intervention on anything other, I would more than likely consider another location in Lubbock.
