Assessment is made for them to deny you a job with all the trick questions even though you’ve worked in a call center

Best place to work! Ever! Honestly, they work with you in every level. I’ve been with them going on 4 years and have zero complaints . Friendly work environment and especially during this pandemic , they have let us work from home! Amazing! Don’t care what anyone has to say!

Rules change by the minute. I’ve have banked with Wells Fargo many years and I have had enough of their inconsistency. I closed my account and would not recommend this bank. Customer Service is terrible!

Would not let me deposit cash into my daughter’s account because my wife failed to put my name on account.

Worked here in 2016 loved it until I went on maternity leave to have my baby and they (lost) all my paper work and the day after recovery for a 14 hour labor I get an email stating i was being let go. I was unable to talk to main boss to let them know the situation. Very uncoropertive. Years later saw hiring again tried to apply and then they tell me I owe them and once I pay over $1000 they will rehire. I'm sorry but that is so messed up I am still till this day very unhappy at this company.

The work environment was nice and offers some nice amenities, such as a pool table in the break room and a cappuccino machine, but the job itself is terrible. Wells Fargo is a notoriously unscrupulous company, and we were expected to charge customers for daring to want to speak to a live person rather than handle everything via the IVR, upsell everything possible to every person we spoke to (one of the performance metrics workers are expected to reach is a certain amount of dollars in successful upsells per week), and find reasons not to credit back fees, even if it's a bit gray as to why the fees were assessed in the first place. If a person was having trouble with their finances, as evidenced by routine OD fees, they wanted us to upsell them a credit card to use as "Overdraft Protection", because someone with struggling finances needs a credit card with which to go into massive debt with an uncaring megabank. If a person had been overdrafted for more than a few days, their account was charged $5 per day until they got it back into the positive, which I called the "kick 'em while they're down policy", and we were sent to at least one presentation where they spent the entire time justifying why all the fees we assess were not only completely fair, but also in the customer's best interest. In short, the workplace was nice, but the poison of corporate greed and the complicit nature the management displayed, and expected us to display, was enough to ruin the entire experience.
