How can your ATM's be broken for over 4 months?

This is the worst bank in the state of Texas. I have called for six weeks trying to speak to the bank president or a manager and they REFUSE to allow you to speak to one. They let my debit card expire ON PURPOSE because I called for weeks reminding them it was about to expire. Now ALLLL MY EVERYTHING IS BOUNCING BECAUSE OF THE EXPIRED DEBIT CARD. THEIR TELLERS THINK ITS FUNNY AND LAUGHED AT ME AND NOW THEY CAUSED ME TO LOOSE ACCESS TO MY CLOUD STORAGE SERVICES WITH ALL MY MOMS PICTURES, VOICE MAILS, EVERYTHING. THE BANK PRESIDENT NEEDS TO BE FIRED AS WELL AS THAT BANK MANAGER ON INDIANA WHO SPONSORS & ENCOURAGES UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR BY THEIR TELLERS. THE PROBLEM STARTS AT THE TOP!!!!!! AND IM NOT PAYING LATE FEES AND BOUNCE CHARGES FOR WESTEX GROSS INCOMPETENCE & NEGLENCE!!!! IT TAKES A MONTH TO GET A NEW CARD. SO ALWAYS START CALLING THEM WEEKLY SIX MONTHS BEFORE YOUR CARD EXPIRES. AT TWO MONTHS STOP CALLING BECAUSE YOU WILL ONLY SPEAK TO A TELLER THEYVE TRAINED TO LIE & SAY THEY ARE MEMBER SERVICES OR A MANAGER. WHEN ITS TWO MONTHS FROM EXPIRATION ON YOUR CARD GO TO THE BRANCH ON INDIANA AND SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT IN PERSON. HE'S THE ONE HIDING UNDER HIS DESK. DONT BOTHER WITH THAT BRANCHES MANAGER. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THEN CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL YOUR CARD ARRIVES!!!!! GOOD LUCK.

Worst location in the history of locations!!! Both locations you have to drive 30 minutes out of your way to get there. That was fine until the government decided to run gas up and try and get it over $8.00 a gallon. But the Ave Q location should be moved to south Lubbock out of 1585 or west Lubbock out past Iola on 19th or 24th Street.

This bank keeps charging me for an over draft fee after I signed a paper which I have for my records stating that I do not want over draft. If I don’t have the money I don’t have the money so why do they keep on charging me......this is the fourth time......it’s time to close this account and switch banks

The first time, I was with this bank was in 1984. The credit unions Staff is AWESOME and I love ALL of them. I've been with this credit union over 15 years. They will NEVER give you a loan or help you in any type of way financially. Many excuses too WHY they can't. They will not work with you for any loans or even say, what you should do to get a loan. I'm only still with this bank because I have a little lead way with the amenities they offer. It works for me. I don't care for Banks and Wells Fargo is the WORST ever. If my other credit union EVER get the amenities I need, I would closes this account immediately. I would ONLY miss the STAFF of this Credit Union, the location and the amenities they have. ❤

Terrible location. Discontinued automated service. Disconnected phone line into this branch so totally no way to communicate with them other than to just drive there. Did they close this branch down?Debit cards wont work in most locations.

Very poor company. I applied there and another credit union. They denied me but the other company’s approved my loan no problem. The lady told me they denied it because my credit history was unacceptable. But I just financed a motorcycle 3 weeks ago and was just approved for a loan from the other company. Don’t waste your time.

Very poor customer service... very rude and not professional at all! My credit score is 767 and they literally think you are so desperate and need their service! I am so glad their poor and neglectful customer service has prevented me from proceeding forward in dealing with them. I even got a much better deal from another financial institution that shows respect to customers and do their best to give you the best deal.

Customer service is horrible. No communication between customer and workers at all. We had to call them and notify ourselves on progress. The teller who answers the phone is rude, he hung up on us twice and after he got irritated he said “well we will just call you back... like I said we will call back when we need to talk to you†instead of trying to fix our concerns they basically just left us on stand by. We transferred our information to the other Credit Union in Lubbock and they answered all our concerns and explained everything to us and even tried to find ways to help even more. Ave Q please worknon yojr customer service.

I love the downtown location all the tellers are so friendly, know my name and greet me with a genuine smile. Anytime I've ever had a problem Felicia is quick to respond either thru the phone or in person. I've banked with several other banks in town and believe me when I say you won't find a better place for your banking needs!

Went inside and opened a bank account for my business. I waited two weeks for my debit card and finally called the bank to see what the status is. I gave them my account number and they said there was no account with that number. Went into the bank and they said the same thing. Long story short, the bank employee never entered my info! Even after I picked a pin number and particular debit card design. They then went into the book where all the new accounts were listed and there was my info!
