“I came in with a low tire that i have taken to 2 other shops that just put air and move on . Matthew the guy in the shop took the time to actually pull my car in and found out i had a nail. he fixed it on the spot . when i went in to pay the manager just said i was good to go and the next time i need anything to come back in!!! I am for sure going to come in and get me some tire next time i need them. the shop guy was the best!!! thanks guys.”

“Mom passed and it was close to time for the visitation at 5pm. I had taken my vehicle through the car wash and, when I was looking it over, at 3:50pm, I noticed a screw in the right rear tire. It was leaking. I called the store at 56th & Slide in Lubbock. They said they would get me right in. I pulled up and all bays were full. Stefan came to look at the tire and said he’d get it taken care of. I got there at 4:09 and left at 4:24! Talk about going above and beyond!! I made it to visitation before any friends/family had arrived! Thank you to each of the crew involved!”
“Since the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable with the service I received The girl who helped was so polite and made conversation me with despite I had had a terrible day. She took care of me and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and was so polite. As I waited for my vehicle I listened as another man patiently explained to a Spanish speaker his best options. For new rims. The guy was worried he had walked in 10 minutes to closing and the man's response was to not worry about that. He was there to service him. When I left the guy who delivered my keys was so full of energy and polite. What a GREAT experience.”
“Friday. Had a rear vibration that had gradually gotten worse. I setup an appointment the next day. Sat in the waiting room Saturday morning getting my car serviced. Watched the supervisors genuinely help every person who came in with questions regardless of problems. When ever the shop door opened I heard a combo of Fergie or Gaga playing and being sang to crescendo by the techs. Less than an hour later I drove off vibration free. The management and techs enjoy their jobs and do great work because of it. 10/10 tire service/karaoke. But seriously, these guys where great. Cheers”
