Excellent location next to the university campus, walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cosy and furnished in an old fashion way. Very charming. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. It was a wonderful experience. I plan to go back

PERFECT place to stay while visiting your college kid. Breakfast is fantastic. Hospitality is wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We tried the caboose for something different and it was really cool. I did peak in one of the rooms in the house and it appeared clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect - directly across from the Texas Tech campus. Parking is easy. House is so welcoming - includes snacks and drinks and a delicious breakfast. Innkeepers are nice and easy to work with. Just had our 3rd stay and coming back next month.
