Waited two months for a peloton delivery, upon set up, they broke the machine. Literally crushed the cables.They've rescheduled my pick up EIGHT times. So I have a peloton that doesn't work, taking up an entire room in my house and XPO refuses to come get it. I'm maxed out with frustration at this point.XPO, if you're reading this, come pick up this peloton that your delivery team broke!

Took off work for scheduled delivery from an online Costco order. Delivery company is XPO Logistics. No show No call on the day of the scheduled deliveryā¦.!!!! After no communication from the driver that we were told would contact us with a time frame for delivery. I then proceeded to contacted their customer service hotline to see about the delivery we had scheduled because we hadnāt received the communication we were told we would get. My phone call was forwarded on to India for the customer service rep. They took it upon themselves to reschedule the delivery, but forgot to notify us ?? Oh we rescheduled your delivery she said as she read from her script trying to talk over me stating because weāre over booked is about all we were able to understand. As I was on the phone with their customer service a new text message magically appeared that stated that our delivery date could not be completed and that it had been changed to a week later. Donāt count on any successful delivery with this 3rd party delivery service that Costco uses.

Customer service is terrible. They donāt want to help and just keep passing you to another agent until you give up. Iām really hoping I never have to deal with this company again. I am still waiting for my delivery and based on other reviews, Iām not sure if it will ever come.

Called and said they were 30 minutes out with our peleton. 30 minutes passes and they are nowhere to be seen not a huge deal. I check the tracking online and it says they attempted delivery but no one was home complete lies I was sitting in my living room the whole time. I call the driver and no answer, I keep trying and my number is blocked. I then checked my cameras to see if the truck even came into my driveway and the truck was nowhere to be seen. They straight up lied about attempting to deliver.

I am at my wits end trying to get my peloton delivered from Lubbock, TX. I have had three delivery dates and three times now it has been disastrous. The first time, the delivery driver called and was thirty minutes out. Two and a half hours later, still no delivery. I call and the driver responds with ā oh someone should had contacted you but now I am on my way back to Lubbockā because his truck broke down, okay benefit of the doubt. Second time, hear nothing and the day comes and goes with no word. Contact peloton and peloton says āoh the team is one stop away but delayed and will be there within the hourā. An hour passes by and contact peloton again to hear the bike was never actually out for delivery. Who lied? I donāt know but someone did. Third time, get a call last night saying the delivery was scheduled. No call from the driver and the window passes. Peloton says they donāt come to the area today and we werenāt actually scheduled even though we had multiple emails from both companies. Wait a second. Oh the driver did come but couldnāt get on the Air Force base. Yes you do need an id to get on base but we could sponsor the driver on if he would have even called? We never got a call from anyone today. The driver apparently took a picture and I would love to see it with a time stamp because Iām hard pressed to believe someone would drive two hours, make it less than two miles away, and just turn around without even speaking to the recipient. This company is the absolute worst. I have never experienced anything like this.

Waiting on a delivery for over 4 weeks, keep being told it will come this week, now this week, now this week. And then to be told they were over scheduled,and to be hung up on when I try to call. Lies, lies lies. Nothing for me to do, no recourse for this poor service, they are just holding my delivery hostage and there is nothing I can do. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ABY OTHER OPTIONS.

They were used to deliver a peloton. Didnāt call before arrival (not a huge deal) but didnāt install all of the hardware prior to leaving and didnāt leave it behind for us. So the machine isnāt usable.

The absolute worst delivery company that exists!!!We purchased an item on Oct. 21, 2021 only to find out it would be November 28th before our item would be delivered. November 28th has come and gone and we still donāt have the delivery. Now we are being told it will be March 13, 2022 before we can possibly get it. Keep in mind our product has been sent from the manufacturer to XPO and is currently sitting at the warehouse in Lubbock, TX waiting for delivery to us. However, we werenāt contacted about the delay in delivery, no, weāve now made 5 calls to determine where our item is-an item weāve already paid for. Manufacturers should really be careful with who they use for their delivery services because that company can really make them look bad, dishonest, and untrustworthy.Next up for us if this isnāt resolved immediately is our attorney getting involved because at this point weāve paid for something that we donāt have and that isnāt being delivered to us therefore XPO has stolen our item.
