The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, they don’t appear to want to do tire rotations even though they’re a full service shop. The first time I asked, they tried to convince me that I didn’t need one. The next time I came in for an oil change and rotation. They told me they didn’t have a lift big enough for my truck, even though they’ve done it before.

Enrique is the best!! Had a terrible experience at the Jeep Dealership and being overcharged- Kwik Kar of Lucas took care of my car and were honest about what I needed. They are always quick and efficient! Great service

I came in to get my car looked at as I’m going on a road trip. Just wanted to make sure everything was in order and ok for peace of mind. They checked my car and told me everything was ok and nothing to worry about. Didn’t charge me anything for it either. Would definitely come back.

Pulled in for an oil change. Was told by an attendant to back up due to the oil change bay being occupied. Backed up as far as I could and the oil change bay became available shortly after that. I waited between 5 and 10 minutes for the attendant to come backup out and drive my car into the oil change bay. During this time, I watched the attendants walking around inside the building and essentially ignoring me.
The previous time I had them change my oil, they filled my engine with 5 quarts of oil. My car's engine only requires 4.23 quarts of oil.
I thought I would give them another try and make them aware of their previous mistake. Instead, their poor customer service on the most recent visit convinced me that I should look elsewhere.
I do not recommend this facility for any car repairs due to my experiences documented above.

I had my oil changed at Kwik Kar Lucas earlier in the year and received a nasty surprise when recently getting my next oil change at the dealership. The drain bolt had been over torqued and damaged the oil pan threads, which came out with the bolt. The thread damage prevented the dealership from being able to replace the bolt without replacing the oil pan, so I was stuck with a huge non-optional expense to get my vehicle operational. A $70 oil change turned into a $1000 oil pan replacement due to the damage caused by the previous oil change.
I returned to Kwik Kar Lucas with my repaired vehicle along with videos of what was found and the original oil pan as evidence but the manager (Enrique Portillo) immediately denied accountability. He claimed the damage was done by the dealer removing the bolt (which is illogical) or when they replaced the bolt, which didn’t happen based on personal inspection and video showing old oil still dripping. Enrique refused to even look at the video or the oil pan and dismissed me hoping I would just go away. I’ve been trying to identify/contact the owner of the location but have found it challenging. I called the location to ask for the owner and Enrique answered but not only claimed he didn’t know the owner, but that he wasn’t Enrique and the manager was not present, and he took my name and number for call back. I drove to the location and found that Enrique was indeed onsite but tried to ignore me, forcing me to walk into the shop to get his attention. He refused to tell me who the owner is and told me to contact the “corporate office”, which I have since learned doesn’t exist (confirmed by another Kwik Kar location). It appears Enrique is trying to make this go away by preventing me from taking it to his superiors. I hope there is an actual owner monitoring these reviews that will contact me (shop has my number) to try to get this resolved appropriately.

Always top notch and ready to handle any job! Staff and owner are absolutely wonderful. Peaceful environment. Waiting area is clean comfortable and they even have courtesy coffee and water. Can’t say enough about this place. I will be returning!
