Don't go to any Arron's. You will end up paying 3x the worth of the item you want. Every thing is over priced. Bought a PS4 with VR. Worth $350 maybe $700 with the financing. It ended up costing $1,478.56. After everything. Should have watched it clover I would have just gave it back. Yea, definitely not worth going through them. If you do make sure you look at the full over all price. Don't do like I did.. lol

Don't use a rental service, but someone nearby does, on Dogwood off Miles Rd. Driver needs to SLOW DOWN. Children and pets in the area.

Had my pre lease approval amount. Was trying to buy washer and dryer set. They took my name and number and said they would call me as soon as they came in and do the app over the phone since I work out of town and get it delivered for me. No phone call and by the time I called due to working 14 hr night shift, they didn’t have any. And of course the promotion ended as well.

My washer ive been paying on for a year started making a funny noise i called them up and they sent me one that stinks link a can of smashed but holes. So today they bring out another loaner and this machine leaks all over my floor. This is totally unacceptable. They need bring a washer thats not all messed up. Im about to just give this set back to them and go somewhere else. Do they not test this stuff before they put it on a truck

The girl who answers the phones named Cameron is so rude! They lied and charged someone else’s card that has nothing to do with the account! She hung up in my face when I asked why they charged it when we was specifically told it would not be! We did not buy anything from y’all. Cameron should be trained on the phones or fired since she don’t know how to properly do her job and is sooo rude! Aarons does fraudulent stuff!

The delivery driver Isaiah is amazing .. very positive energy we had a great laugh while he was bringing in our washer .. thumbs up he needs a raise this the second time he’s came and has always had great spirits and keeps a smile on his face

I decided to order a dryer online because they had a $5 promotion going on online 2 weeks ago, I understand that they had to ship it and I was told they would call when they were ready to deliver. They called me on a Wednesday and said it would be delivered on a Friday. When Friday came they decided to change the day of delivery to Saturday. They never gave me a call to tell me that they changed the shipping day Until I called them for the estimated time and said they said Saturday… same thing as Friday, they never came out or called… Saturday they said they’ll come out Tuesday. So today is Tuesday and I received a call for them to deliver but they need a payment first. Which I made that payment because I need a dryer… I still don’t even have the dryer. The promotion was a waste of my time…
