Really wish i could give them a minus ten. I went in to purchase a Samsung watch outright because the city I'm in has no supply. I was told I couldn't pay cash for a watch because it needed a plan. I don't have service with them. But this was a watch not a phone. No proprietary systems installed on a watch. I asked to speak to the manager on duty... You guessed it she was the manager. I was told that even if I was purchasing it as a gift for someone else I couldn't because she would have to attach it to a plan... Then she had the ignorance to say how are we supposed to keep inventory if we just sell phones and watches outright... Such a trash ending to what should have been a productive journey. You have the watch you have the client ready to pay the $700 for it but you won't sell it and follow up that with... How will At&t make money off they just sell the watch outright... Do not go to this location. Use the one in front of Sam's for better service. If that's something you care about.

After going through the ringer with customer service over the phone about a half a dozen times we finally bit the bullet and drove 65 miles to the Tulane location in lufkin.. There we were greeted promptly and sat with Cynthia. Cynthia solved our many issues in no time at all!! Super friendly, professional and seemed to breeze through it all with her technical expertise!! We’re so appreciative for her and the other team member who helped today!

In East Tx At&t has the best service imo but this store was exceptional the service was above and beyond, Bret was more than helpful came in to make some changes to lower my bill and ended up saving almost $60 a month on my bill. He was very knowledgeable, I had no idea someone under 50 could sign up for AARP which saves you $ on your bill and not only that but discounts at and on many different stores and services, needless to say I was greatful to Bret for all his assistance in accomplishing the goal of lowering my monthly bill and then some! ?
