Used this store to combine my accounts, Accounts are more jumbled now than before, been up here twice to fix it and now I get go up there again to get it "fixed". Thanks ATNT!

I am still not getting good service (sending/receiving text/pic/videos, email, messenger messages, unable to connect to internet) and when I was able to connect to internet, pages froze & I was unable to get out/off page. I was told it was because the tower nearest my home (approximately 30 miles from Lufkin) was being updated, but that didn't explain why these problems still existed while I was in Lufkin. I had powered off my phone, let it sit 10-15 min then turned power back on prior to going into the store, network settings was reset in the store, sims cards was replaced and I still don't have good service.

Have always gone to other, larger location in town. This experience was great. Will definitely return again.

I went to the Brentwood store in Lufkin to get my son a new phone, and I was greeted by Bryan. He was very nice and helpful. He explained how I would be billed with my phone upgrades, accessories, and phone cases. I am glad I chose this store. I've always been helped in the past and this time was no different.

My husband and I went in to get a new phone for me. We wanted new phone numbers as well. Alexis helped us figure out exactly what we needed and Luis got us set up within 20 minutes! We had a great experience. Thank you Alexis and Luis!
