I personally don’t think you deserve a star! If you have problems not been able to deposit my employment check this is a real problem! I wasn’t feeling good paid by my employer on yesterday I am still waiting on my money! You have audacity to close on Saturday and you know our money is not in our account!. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is Monday which means I won’t have no money until Tuesday. Who is going to pay me Interest! At the mean time my bills are not being paid. They are adding late fees to my bills. Are you going to pay those too! I need my check in my account today!

A while back when they began to make the change from Bancorp to Cadence, the mobile app was having BAD ISSUES. Like issues that had me thinking I was going crazy.Today, I logged into the mobile app to check my balance. I was shocked to see a credit for an amount I did not recognize. I tried calling but couldn’t get a hold of a representative so I went into the branch on S John Redditt. They have always been so friendly and Sharon answered my questions, even when it took a phone call, AND DID IT WITH A SMILE.The credit was from false overdraft fees from the mobile banking malfunctions. Way to go Cadence for making it right and thank you to the team at S John Redditt for always being friendly and welcoming!!!

Worst refinancing process ever experienced. I have owned many different homes in several states. There processes is the slowest I have ever experienced and they provide you with no information unless you ask. Over 6 months and I am still waiting. I also question the quality of their process. They will end up costing me a lot more than they promised. I would suggest that you go somewhere else

I met Kristi Gay before moving to Lufkin. She helped me out with many things before receiving any of my business. I have worked with several of the employees here and have been very impressed with their service and commitment to clients. I recommend them to anyone looking for a local bank.
