Doesn’t have products in stock or carry certain products I normally get in often small ULTA Towns.
There’s only one staff member who is extremely helpful & she’s in her 40’s or early 50’s.

The first time i came to this location i did not like it and the lady at the front counter was very rude. HOWEVER, today I went back and McKenzie made me want to delete and redo my review. She was so kind and helpful. I greatly appreciated her help. Will be going back now

Oh my goodness the gorgeous Carson helped us with everything we needed from blush to tanning lotion and new hydrating base. Her knowledge of products is second to none! Thank you for being so sweet and helpful. I don’t think I want to shop without her input ever!

The owner is a very pleasant lady. I enjoy shopping at Dovetail Antique's when I visit Liberty. Prices are reasonable. The curbside street parking is good. I like the variety of items each booth displays.

The women that work here are old and rude. No one greeted me or asked me for help within 40 minutes. Several employees walked by me and were too busy chatting with each other. Be careful when buying from this location because they sold me Smashbox eyeliner that was used in the box.
I won't be coming back to this location. I'll stick to the Houston Galleria Ulta or shop at Sephora. It's the only Ulta in a small town with limited selection and horrible customer service.

Always have something for your wife in here. Choices can be overwhelming so be sure ask your wife or girlfriend what they like.

The store was fairly inviting and definitely quite clean. Prices were high but that's to be expected, I suppose. Store was pretty neatly fronted. Friendly staff.

I understand that different stores do things different ways. But I don't think that being rude to your customers as ever a way to do things. I picked up my curbside order right before closing, and was greeted by a very rude associate by the name of Diana who did not greet me but simply very tersely asked for my license and then gave me my order. While I understand that at the end of the day, everyone is tired and ready to go home, as a customer that should never be my problem. I hope that in the future that steps will be taken to ensure that all associates remember that it is your role to serve a customer and that sometimes customers that don't live in the city may not be aware of your policies and procedures. Despite that fact, they are still worthy of and should receive great service.

Get's 5 stars because of the store and merchandise. For the most part, customer service is great. Just a 1 or 2 bad apples..
That could use training on smiling and treating customers with a smile....
