Best Value? ABSOLUTELY.
I was rear ended by a tow truck earlier this year and I found this vehicle online, I was not in the Lufkin area, I drove up and put a deposit on this car, and Michael G was able to hold it for me for a few weeks until I got everything sorted out with insurance, he also got me approved for financing, with a challenging credit score, and it will be paid off in less than 2 years. This car is so nice, rides smooth, amazing mpg's, Michael was even nice enough to help me return my rental car back to the rental agency! Thank you so much Michael! Im enjoying every mile!

Outstanding customer service and care. Mike really went the extra mile for me , fought hard to get me approved and on my way with a solid truck :) The owner then filled my gas tank up as a bonus!
Truly fantastic people and a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend Best Value Auto Sales, will definitely be doing deals with them in the future.

I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Michael on September 18th. Since it was a used vehicle I opted to purchase the extended warranty. Not even a month after getting the vehicle I had to put it in the shop to replace the alternator. It cost over a thousand dollars for the repairs but thankfully I only had to pay my $100 dollar deductible. I've had the vehicle 4 months and now the transmission has gone out. It's been parked for about 2 weeks. I've continued making my monthly payments early or on time. After reading my extended warranty it does not cover transmission repairs. I was not informed of this when purchasing. I've been trying to call Michael to see what my options are. If they do the right thing I'll change my rating. If not I'll lower it. We'll see.

They’re nice and that’s all. I had initially rated them 5 stars as they did help with an issue on a vehicle they sold me. However since then (I’ve only had the car 3 weeks) I’ve had to put it in the shop 3 times.Had to get new struts, that’s $750, toggle switch $275, the time this dealership helped was the day after I brought it home it needed an intake manifold $870 they paid $400 since they sold it to me messed up, so I had to pay the other $470. Then another $120 for a front end alignment. So unless you want a lemon that you’ll have to have fixed I wouldn’t go here. I asked all the questions I should ask as a buyer and feel I was deliberately lied too. I obviously was. I will be making complaints to the OMV.

They are family friendly my uncle use to work with them until he passed away and they did him good on his vehicles and he worked for them to make payments on his vehicles so yes they sell thimgs that may break down obviously that's what used car lots are they sell as is and when u drive off with what u buy it's worth the price but at same time if breaks down is not on them to fix it they are obviously a used car lots got good people good bussiness and family to me
