Horrible service. Rude owner. Selina sucked. Turned my wife's hair green. They would not redo it. She left crying. Plus the stylist chopped all her beautiful hair off. She only wanted 1/2 inch cut. My daughter in law went here on a separate occasion. Color was horrible. Owner told her well go somewhere else. This is the worst salon I'm east tx. Everything was dirty. The stylist were eating while cutting hair. One of them smelled like pure alcohol. Save yourself and don't go here. Worst place ever!!!!!

This is absolutely the worst salon in Lufkin. The owner is extremely rude she thinks she is better than anyone. The entire staff does ? not know how to cut or color. My granddaughter came here for her wedding. She had her hair colored and cut. Her hair turned out orange! Then the stylist put a toner on her hair and it turned green. At the time my wife was also getting her hair done and after the cut her hair was all different lengths. She was very upset. The owner didn't offer to recut her hair so it was wearable. My granddaughter had to spend $400 at another salon to fix their damage! My granddaughters hair was melting away. It was really sad. The owner didn't even try and offer to help. Had a nasty attitude. Do Not go here unless you want a botched job..... Worst salon in the world

I was there today and had my hair done by Ashley and it turned out amazing and from what I seen on the other girls who were doing hair they did a wonderful job these girls at blown away can do some hair

Went and had my hair done by Payton, she did an amazing job with my color and cut. The girls here are very sweet. I’m not from the area as we travel full time for work purposes but I’ll definitely come back here again if we are in the area.
