I never noticed this place tucked in next to Academy. The store was clean-ish considering it was early afternoon on a Saturday. Friendly and helpful employees/good customer service.

I encountered problems with my debit card while at the checkout. The clerk was quite patient with me as I called the bank to inform them that it was me at Burlington and not a bogus transaction.

They will offer more hours never give you any and then will short your check and not pay you for staying over

Some good prices on things, just gotta watch what u get and the price. But the check out was not a good situation. I bought 2 household items and a through pillow. Had to pay separate for the household items and the pillow bc the pillow was marked down, CRAZY. Made the lines go slow and long.

I like going into Burli tonight in Lufkin but when it's time to check out sometimes you have to stand there for 30 minutes cause the manager won't come help get the people out there is only one cashier. That's how you loose business. You can do better than that.

Only one checker and 50 people in line took an hour to get through. Most patient line I've ever been in. Got to know the people in line around me... sorta like when a flight is delayed or you're stuck in an elevator with a bunch of strangers. Would definitely do it again! The young lady checking was doing a great job too.
