The GM went above and beyond to help me get into my vehicle after my other one broke down even though I didn’t have the service plan! I reached out to him about the first vehicle and he fronted the funds to help me get it fixed but the mechanic shop I took it to dropped the ball and the vehicle was in worse condition than it was before I took it to him! So I surrendered that vehicle back to Car-Mart and came up with a small deposit and now I’m back rolling again! Thanks again Mr. Rodriquez for your patience and for your help!

My first car i bought from them was such a great car. It was totaled in an accident and I bought my second car from them. Both were Nissans and I love the new one. If I have to buy a 3rd it will be threw them also.
Update: my second purchase has not turned out to be as good as the first one. I was not even 1 week into the purchase and the AC went out. The other issues needing to be addressed the front end popping when I make turns, the shaking that prevents from driving over 65, whatever is going on in the rear end that cause the head rest to shake like it does go unanswered as well. I have waited all week for Tony to do the right thing and call me after I was told a mechanic near me would be located to fix my car and yet here I am no call. I was told I could trade it for another one but something inside tells me that it's not going to go well for me The Buyer. I took all the money I was paid from the accident that totaled my original car and gave towards this purchase and insurance. I can't believe this is how Corporate CarMart allows people to be treated but they do. But hey let me work harder to fix the scam car they knew they were selling. Yes I firmly believe they knew the AC was out in this car when they sold it because I did not drive it enough in the 3 days I had it to run this AC out of coolant unless it was filled to SCAM THE COSTUMER on the purchase.
