On July Sunday 14..got gas.her at this Chevron ..few minutes down the road truck not running right...
Had to be towed next day to Loving Toyota in Lufkin...
WATER IN THE GAS....
LOOKS LIKE ON THE REVIEW I WAS NOT THE FIRST!!!...station should shut down the pumps..
Took an Invoice by the Chevron station...with it notated...on it water in gas....
Gave it to employee to give it to manager.
Have not heard any response...so far.
The station is RESPONSIBLE for the invoice
Charges...
DO NOT USE THIS Chevron station..
Not a responsible business!!!!

We got gas and our car stopped working. We went back to get a receipt just so we could verify the store we got gas from, and we had employees confirm they knew they had water in their gas, and were continuing to sell it. We evacuated from Houston because of Hurricane Beryl and the day before we were going back, we got gas and they knew it had water in it and they didn’t have anything and were just letting people fill their tanks. We have been stuck in this area for an additional week trying to get our car fixed and the owner, Ray is dodging our calls, our insurance companies calls, and is instead now, more than a week later, going to all 3 of his stations to fix the water lines.
All we wanted initially was to get a refund and our car fixed since the owner was being negligent. At this point, it goes beyond negligence.

Bad gas ruined injectors and plugs. Filled up started missfiring after 5 miles and car died wouldnt start.

I would give negative stars if I could. I filled my tank with gas from this place and 5 minutes later my car stopped working. It started sputtering and the check engine light started flashing. The car would then no longer accelerate. I had to leave it on the highway and get a tow from my insurance company. I went back to the station and the cashier Yuovette told me that over 35 people have reported this issue. Yet they still continue selling the contaminated gas. I tried calling the station to see how they would pay for my repairs and the manager Terra told me she couldn’t help and I would have to speak with her supervisor named Ray. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with Ray and despite having received confirmation that he had been in the station since this happened, I have not received a call from him. I’m still waiting on a response. When I asked “when is the next time Ray will come in to the station?” I was told by Terra (the manager) she has no idea. When my claims adjuster from USAA called, they suddenly remembered that he comes in on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am. Do NOT get gas from this station. Now I’m waiting on Chevron to investigate the station and then issue a technician to take a sample of the gas in my car and get me set up with a mechanic. I’m stranded and now have no working car because of this gas station!! All I want is for the station to pay for my repairs and get my car back into the working order that it was before I filled it with their contaminated gas!

Water in gas. Got stranded not even a half of a block. Now my car will not start. I have to rent a car and I'm bringing the sheriff with me to that station. Don't ever get gas there!!!

90% water and 10% gas go fill up your cars here if you wanna be stranded.

After filled my tank the cas go slow down and shake I have to stop and call for help we think in the gas have water please don’t fill gas in this gas station

Not to be confused with Wet Loose Chevron, which is a very sexual and uninhibited gas station indeed. This one is, of course, over by the West Loop, and honestly is a little more expensive than some of the other gas stations in Houston.

I walk in and ask the cashier named Brandy which drink cooler has the bottled water? She replies “What” I repeat “which one has the Water in it?” and she looked at me crazy. I found it myself after a few seconds, brought it to the register and also bought $30 in gas. I apologized if asking for where the water was is such an Odd question to ask. She mumbled something and we went about our day. She was not very welcoming, pleasant, or comprehensive. Good thing it was a gas station I rarely frequent. Have a good day Brandy, hope it get’s better for you.
