I made the mistake of going into the Lufkin Conn's on Sunday, February 4th. I was greeted by a nice young man salesman. Looking for a small Bluetooth speaker, he directed me to what they had available, and on impulse, I bought a small Sony speaker. After the purchase, I quickly realized that it was very overpriced, $90 more than the same thing at Best Buy. I contacted the store the very next day and requested a price match but was informed that they only honor that at the time of purchase. After saying that I would just return the speaker, the employee spoke with a manager, Ms. Debbie, who said they would honor the price match if I came in to the store within 30 days. On day 7, 2/11, my husband went to the store for the refund of the price match, at which time the manager on duty, Jessica, said they would not honor it. I spoke with Jessica on the phone and stated that we would simply return it for a refund. We were well within the 14-day return policy. She explained that they have a 15% restocking fee, which I agreed to. My husband took in the speaker in its original packaging with the receipt. Jessica made a phone call to get approval for the return and blatantly LIED to customer service saying that the speaker was defective, that it was making a "noise." At no point did we ever express that the speaker was defective. We have dealt with the corporate office numerous times, filed an Incident Report, and have received absolutely no help, only runaround. I have never been treated so rudely and without any attempt to make reparation for a matter by a company.

Caleb was awesome in helping us make our purchases today. Mrs Debbie the manager was also a big help in assisting us get our items promptly. There were several others involved in our transactions that were all great. We enjoyed our experience here at conns.

I went to conns for a new washer and was helped by Chris. He was extremely helpful and thorough with providing information! The process of setting up a payment plan and delivery date was so seamless and quick I almost couldn’t believe I was walking out the door after only about half an hour. Chris was the epitome of professional and efficient while also being personable and friendly. Overall, I’m very pleased with my visit today and would recommend them 100%!

Had a great experience purchasing an electric range at Conn's in Lufkin.The salesman was very knowledgeable and went over everything in detail,unlike Conn's in Beaumont where I ended up paying several hundred dollars extra for a deep freeze and nobody at that store explained why.

I quit shopping at Conns years ago due to the lack of customer service. But I must say that is no longer the case. I had the best experience and I would recommend the Lufkin Conns Location to anyone.

I had the greatest experience dealing with my salesman and delivery people. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted with conn’s. I just want to say thank you for the wonderful experience I had.

Salesman Eugene was very helpful but their warehouse and delivery service is very unorganized! They use a third party to deliver and the delivery service never shows up when they tell you. I have been waiting on furniture for over two weeks in my new house I don't even have a bed to sleep on!! This is very unacceptable and something needs to be done!

I'm looking for a new washer and dryer..stopped in to check their prices. Salesman said "we will match any other store prices".I went and shopped around..found a great deal at a place that has LOW in their name.Called Conns to double check to see if they said they will meet or beat.MEET they said. HmmmmWhy should I give my business to you if all you will do is meet.The LOW store gave me their best deal right off the bat...why didn't yall give me your best price off the bat?

Batman was great awesome guy very helpful, went many places and this was the only guy that actually reached out to us from the minute we walked in, best customer service I have ever experienced. Made me laugh and I'm a serious kinda guy thank yall
