I don't get the speeds i pay for, cause an issue with the line but they will still charge full(overpriced) price for 20Mbs which at best i get 18Mbs. Then on top of that there is random issues with the phone and internet.

Consolidated is worthless and lazy. Can't come fix a 10 min job that the county screwed up digging ditches.

Had horrible service for years! Pay a high priced bill every month for service that’s in and out and never consistent. Every time a technician comes out they all say something different and still the problem never gets resolved. Ridiculous!
