Had horrible service for years! Pay a high priced bill every month for service that’s in and out and never consistent. Every time a technician comes out they all say something different and still the problem never gets resolved. Ridiculous!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worst speeds in my area, they will charge you for everything and anything even if the problem is their line. They somehow created two accounts for me and wanted me to pay 2 bills for one address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be paying premium price for only 20mb.

My parents are paying for a landline and Internet that does not work yet they say they're coming to fix and never does so now my parents can't watch anything and the customer service doesn't even speak clear English and they ask for the date the day is sounds like scammers have come in in
