Crown Forest Apartments are considered by far the nicest apartments in Lufkin. Residents describe a very clean, safe, and quiet community with a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-managed. The staff is consistently praised as amazing, friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, always going above and beyond. The complex is smaller than most and offers garages, storage closets, or carports. Community events throughout the year are a beloved feature, often including great door prizes. The pool is very nice, with free sunscreen and towels provided. Crown Forest supports the local community through donations and fundraisers, making residents proud to be part of the Crown Forest family.
Bottom drawer to range was pulled out too far, and would not slide back in! Happened on Sunday. Contacted office on Monday. Greg came within the hour, and took ten minutes, with his trusty, long screw driver, to get it fixed!

Me and my husband and our sweet little fur dog (Forest) have been living here since September 9th!! We are soo in love with our apartment everyone here is soo nice and very welcoming and we definitely love our maintenance man Greg! Forest absolutely loves it out here and loves the dog park for sure!
