Crown Forest Apartments are considered by far the nicest apartments in Lufkin. Residents describe a very clean, safe, and quiet community with a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-managed. The staff is consistently praised as amazing, friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, always going above and beyond. The complex is smaller than most and offers garages, storage closets, or carports. Community events throughout the year are a beloved feature, often including great door prizes. The pool is very nice, with free sunscreen and towels provided. Crown Forest supports the local community through donations and fundraisers, making residents proud to be part of the Crown Forest family.

Very clean, safe and clean community. Gives a fun safe atmosphere. I really enjoy the amazing community events! Mrs. Amanda does a great job making sure all residents are satisfied and feel welcomed.
