HORRIBLE customer service and not to mention she's not very good at threading to begin with. After my last experience here I will NEVER go back. She was irritated that I didn't have a mask on. I was fine putting one on but I had forgotten mine in the car. I asked her if she had one I could have and she said yes. Then she assumes I work at a hospital because of my uniform and is criticizing me for not wearing a mask. I do not work at a hospital but I am required to wear a mask all day long. When I pay she gives me an attitude because I chose to not tip. I typically tip a decent amount anywhere I go but after the service I received I chose not to tip. She made a rude comment about me and other people in general not tipping. I also noticed my amount was more than usual. When I asked her why she said she charged me $2.00 for a mask. Never once did she tell me the mask was an additional charge until after I paid and after I asked her about it. No signage about masks costing extra. The whole time I was speaking with her about how she needed proper signage if she's going to charge extra she just waved me off and said no she didn't and had her mask down while talking to me. When I pointed out that she was giving me a hard time about wearing my mask but she wasn't wearing hers properly she said \\\"it's because i'm talking\\\". Well that defeats the whole purpose of the mask. I also stated to her that it upsets me that every time I ask her to fix my eyebrows because she missed some hairs she said \\\"well how can you tell? Your vision is messed up when I do your eyebrows so how can you tell I missed?\\\" I became furious! I just can't believe that someone would knowingly do a half way job just because she thinks a customers vision is messed up from holding their eye when she threads the brow. I honestly can't believe this woman is still in business! Like I stated before I will NEVER go back here no matter how desperate my brows need it! It's not even worth a one star rating.

The person who did my brows didn’t seem very experienced AND she was the only option. The experience was super uncomfortable and I’ve had my eyebrows threaded plenty of times prior. By the time she finished, my eyebrows were uneven but only on the ends. I figured I would just quit while I was ahead.

Love this local hang out! Everyone is always friendly, the beverages are always cold, and the music really sets the tone for a great evening with friends. Jim Ann is super friendly and makes a point to mingle with patrons. She even gets up and sings Karaoke with everyone!

If I could give zero I would. Not worth your money. And especially not worth your time. The owner is not a nice person. This establishment lacks professionalism.

Good priced drinks but definitely a racist vibe there. Went with two of my African American friends and they were definitely getting weird vibes from the place.

I would hardly call this a bar. Bar's serve alcohol in their drinks - this place serves watered down alcohol mixed with hate. They are rude and openly discriminate against LGBTQ people. My friends were asked to leave by the owner because he "doesn't want f**king queers in his bar." This establishment is trash. As if all this wasn't bad enough, their drinks are weak and super watered down. So even if doesn't bother you that they openly discriminate, you should still avoid this place if you only care about good drinks. Do not come here, ever.

If you honestly think in the year 2018 you can discriminate against patrons of a business for their sexual orientation or any other identity they may have, you've got some antiquated, bigoted views. To hear that my friend was thrown out of this bar because of his sexual orientation was so upsetting, but not at all surprising when hate like this happens on the daily. The owner's homophobia should not be rewarded with anyone's patronage, and they should be shamed into bankruptcy or appropriate apology. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR.

Homophobic owner. Called my gay friend a f**cking queer and kicked him out for no reason except that he is gay. Do not go here.

After being harassed for not having a shirt with sleeves, only after two of my friends (also wearing sleeveless shirts) entered before me with no issue, I knew my experience was about to be a terrible one. The security/cop at the door even said to us "well, I guess I'll let y'all in but if they don't want to serve you, that's up to them." We were in town for a good friend's birthday and wanted to go out somewhere for a nightcap, and this is the only place we knew of to go to. I've dealt with far worse in my life, so we gave it a shot. We each had a couple drinks and danced for a bit, and then took a seat next to the stage when the band started playing. My friend, Kristian, and I were sitting across from another friend and his wife, just carrying on and socializing as normal people do at a bar. Apparently, it was too obvious we were gay because we were simply having a heart-to-heart and showing too much emotion for the toxic masculinity that Jim Ann's caters to. Let me reiterate this was my FRIEND, one of my best friends in the world. My boyfriend actually went to bed early last night, so he wasn't there (imagine if he had been). There was no PDA, no lewd gestures. Nothing of the sort. The "owner" was clearly waiting for this moment because we were quickly approached by him, and told that "******* queers" are not welcome in his establishment. He was accompanied by security and we were all thrown out of the bar basically for taking up too much space, even though we were paying customers not causing any problems. I would also like to point out that my friend's wife was told by another employee, "oh it's not you, it's them!, just to make it more clear homophobia and likely racism are standard for them. Needless to say, I will never return here and look forward to more negative reviews of this place. It's 2018, and LGTBQ and POCs shouldn't have to deal with this anymore.

Went here last night for a nightcap and to catch up with some friends we hadn't seen in awhile. The owner approached our table after about 30 minutes of us being there, called our friends a homophobic slur mixed with some expletives (literally the first words out of his mouth) and had the security cops escort us out. It shouldn't need to be said, but to be clear, there was no reason for this provocation - we were chatting/catching up at a quiet table in the corner. The owner said he did not want "f ** q **" at his bar. I was told by one of the men who came over with the owner that "oh no, it's not you sweetie, you're fine, it's them" when I pressed him for why this was happening. Completely unacceptable. Shame on this business.

Right after calling my friends "F-ing Queers," the OWNER of this human hating establishment had them kicked out. May karma grab ahold of his ASStablishment and his hateful soul.

Racist & homophobic. Don't go here unless you don't fit into one of the groups they hate or are allies. It's 2018--they need to get a grip.
