If I could give a 0 star I would. The pharmacy people are so very rude here and I just don't know why. They could be nice and curious to sick people and why in the world are they so rude? Are they just here just because it's a job or is it because they love working with the public? It seems like they hate their job which is pretty sad. So if you don't like working with the public please get another job. If I had another choice pharmacy to go to I would.

Extremely long lines, always shut down at the wrong time, and they shut down the good one that was on Frank Street. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is the worst CVS in the entire nation. Do not go here.

Pretty cool drugstore with a lot of interesting stuff inside. Decent prices too.On a sidenote, I've never seen a place with this many one star reviews ????.I didn't buy anything or talk to anyone, so I didn't have any problem here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s as if the pharmacy tech was upset that she actually had to do her job and, in turn, was rude to me for asking a simple question.

So far I have waited in line for 35min just to see how much my prescription would be just to be told they didn't have it yet and couldn't tell me how much it is. 3 days later, I spent almost an hour (no lie) 9am-almost 10am on hold on the phone, to ask how much my prescription was and STILL havnt been told the damn price. They seem to not have good organizational skills, they deff don't have pep in their step, when you are in their house YOU ARE ON THEIR TIME. Bring a chair and get comfortable because you are going to spend a whole damn day here and for nothing!Too bad this is the pharmacy I HAVE to use because of our insurance ?

Absolutely unprofessional, condescending, rude and unprofessional pharmacy dept. each time I've contacted them. Worst service I've ever encountered from a pharmacy. Requested the employees name and she hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate.

They only get a star because you can’t give a zero rating. The pharmacy drive thru is closed. There’s no one doing drop off or taking insurance info. They don’t answer the phone. If it’s a staff shortage issue, corporate needs to step in and do what is required to resolve the problem. Otherwise, find another pharmacy if your insurance will even allows it. What’s happening to this world and retail establishments across the board?

HELLO CVS!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS! The As*hole pharmacist and the b***** at the drive through need to be FIRED, FIRED, FIRED, they are so RUDE to customers. I am going to be reporting them to corporate, this is totally uncalled the way they talk me and other customers. They should be a janitor and work the night shift after the store closes so they don't have to deal with people. These kind of people do not need to work in public. The pharmacist said they just started a few months ago, well BAD HIRE, they need to be FIRED! I don't know how they are still working there. They are most so disrespectful to customers and have an attitude, it's unreal. I am sorry CVS, if this is the best you can do with staffing then CLOSE THIS STORE!

I got 2 new prescriptions sent to them yesterday by my doctor, was supposed to be ready yesterday then still not ready the next day and it's almost 2pm. The lady who answered the phone said we need approval to fill it then changes it and say we need instructions on how to fill it. Like it's a tube of cream how hard can it be

I'm trying to reach a pharmacist by phone. I went through the automated service at least twice. I'm waiting on the phone for a pharmacist to answer it's been at least 20 minutes. This isn't the first time. How many people have to complain for us to be able to speak to a person?

They can't even print off a passport photo of the same exact picture my fiance used for her passport. Useless. Go across the street to Walgreens. Update, I was in Walgreens 10 minutes and had the photo I needed.

I have been waiting on a prescription for 2 weeks now!!! Every time I call I have to wait over 40 mins and than they tell me they will have it ready in an hour but they end up saying it's out of stock!? I've been using this cvs for several months with no issues and this is the first time I've had to deal with this.

African/ American male manager should be FIRED! He’s rude and horrible with the customers especially the little children! My two year old daughter got a ball, and I was going to purchase it until he took it away from her hands!!!!!! Then today we walked in. We were almost done, checking out. My daughter was bagging her toy egg in the bag, and he took that bag away from her hands, then again. Corporate do something with this man and fire him. This CVS is located on lufkin texas Timberlane Drive.
