I never had problems at CVS until this morning Tuesday August 8, 2023 I went pick up my meds drive thru, I asked the cashier Denise for my meds and she told me it was $4.15 I asked her why, because I usually don't pay for my meds...and I handed her the money and she yelled at me \\\\\\\"DO YOU HAVE MONEY TO PAY THE $400 DOLLARS FOR YOUR MEDICATION\\\\\\\" I then said I'm sorry I asked. Then she gave me a pen to sign and I dropped it in my car as I was picking it up to hand it back to her she said \\\\\\\"I don't want that pen, I have a clean one\\\\\\\" I was so upset I will tell my family never to go to our local cvs because this lady was so rude

No stars because there rude and the pharmacist don’t care how they treat there customers they wouldn’t have a job without us it’s just sad I will nvr go back to store } 6846 in Lufkin tx and they just sad

I have never been treated so hateful and rude by a pharmacy employee!! I merely was trying to have my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens since my insurance will only allow me to use CVS. The female employee was so snappy and rude, and hung up on me when I pointed out that there was no need for her to treat me so hateful. I have never had a problem with any pharmacy employee ever!!!! I will be reporting this to the corporate office

My rating is based upon the customer service I received during my visit. Due to a family emergency I was forced to leave home without my prescription. Went to Pharmacy by advice from my Pharmacy to have them call her and she would transfer it to them to be filled. I went to CVS The pharmacist preceded to tell me that he could not get to my transfer until Sunday afternoon because he has up to 4 hours to transfer it and by then he would have others ahead of me to be filled. He didn't even offer me a one until it was do

The staff is rude and has no idea what they are doing. I went to pick up my daughters script three months ago and they said my insurance had a 3000 dollar deductible. I tried to explain that was our medical deductible not pharmacy but she was rude and we waited in line for almost an hour so i paid and left. Fast forward to new script. Went to pick up with new insurance to add to current insurance and they still wanted to charge us 100%. I moved all my scripts to Walgreens earlier that month so I decided to move my daughters as well. The insurance paid 100 percent. No out of pocket. I called my insurance company and CVS has been overcharging us! Stay away! Go to Walgreens. My first scripts with them and two were contraindicated and the pharmacist Called me personally. I'm so grateful I moved.

Place needs a little work. Seems out of date. Staff is somewhat helpful and friendly, but a far cry from what it was 20 years ago. Price a bit too high for my taste.

I called this store for help with a .com order. The lady that answered could not help me and handed me off to her manager, Jackie. I explained my problem and he said he couldn't help and I needed to contact someone at CVS.com. I then asked for a contact number and he said he didn't know unless maybe 1-800-CVS.com. He was not only lacking in knowledge he was also lacking in customer service ie: politeness. I am sure this is not what CVS would require of their staff but he would be a direct reflection to HIS employees and customers. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS STORE. By the way, CVS customer service was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The WORST customer service I've EVER gotten at a CVS. First of all, this location closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:45pm. I walked in, I was on the phone. I was not greeted. I couldn't find anyone that worked there. I came in to purchase some skin care products. I love CVS because they have a huge range of different products and brands to choose from. I have a total of 3 products in me hands. I hear a woman from behind me go, "We didn't see you come in here! We locked the door already." I look back at her with this things in my hands and say, "Oh." Then she proceeds to tell me, "We are closed." I say, "All your registers are closed already?" She replies, "Yes they are all closed." At this point I put my things back as she's looking at me, waiting for me to follow her to the door. I get to my car and it's only 10:03pm. 10/10 will NOT be returning to this particular location again.
