I had two tires put on ! It only took them 12 minutes or so to rotate tires and install new tires and don't forget balancing! Pretty impressive this time!

Our warranty just ran out so on a whim I thought I'd stop here to see if they could help me with a tire that was 10lbs lower than the rest. I got right in and was informed the tire fix would be free if it doesn't have to be replaced by Rylan who, even in a boot, came running out to greet me!
The customer service is outstanding... And honestly, looking through the window at the people working, they look like they genuinely enjoy their job, everyone is smiling, laughing with their coworkers working swiftly and smoothly, I'm so impressed! ??????

My husband was able to order the tires, and when they arrived, he was called and able to set up an appointment the same day for me to get them put on. I arrived about 30 minutes early, laid for the service, and waited for it to get done. It was a busy day there, I'm glad I had an appointment and had arrived early. The next thing I knew, they were handing me my keys, saying it was done. Great service, very friendly!

Very rarely do you find the level of professionalism and courtesy that I experienced yesterday and today at the Lufkin Discount Tire Store. Even though they were crazy busy, they took the time over the phone and in person to listen to my problem and provide me with multiple options. This morning they even remembered our entire conversation from yesterday and had me taken care of immediately. I was there early before opening at 8am and there entire team was was cleaning bays, restocking inventory and a team meeting was taking place in the lobby. Doors were unlocked promptly at 8am and they even came outside to greet customers and begin dialouge. Kudos to Cason and two others guys I can't remember their names...sorry:) Great job guys!

Fantastic service. Went in for my wife's tire. Just as they were putting into the back of my truck, they spotted a bolt in one of my tires, "Lucky me."
They were great and helped me get both my tires done fast!

I am having the same problem with this store, I have always been a loyal customer of Discount Tire but now they don’t want to honor their warranty they sell you, not sure if it’s the store manager Mike or just big corporate squeezing every cent out of us. However I believe I will be finding another tire shop to take my business. Sadly greedy corporate America is screwing us all.

Bought new tires and complained about them bouncing several times. At the first 5000 mile rotation and balance it was even worse. Their suggestion, get a softer tire!! They were going to trade down, a cheaper tire, but would have to pay for the installation, $88.00. Took to another tire store, turns out eyery tire was balanced wrong. Problem fixed, just not by Discount.
Disappointing. Have dealt with Discount all my life, won't be back to this one.
