I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dollar General store today. I was treated very poorly by an employee named Bryce I asked to speak to a manager were promptly told me he was the manager. He had no idea what he was doing, and cursed at us in front of several customers. This is my favorite store to shop at , but I ended up going to the Atkinson store. This guy is incompetent and completely rude.

We went shopping at this DG today, and we had a horrible experience. One positive - the gentleman who helped us while we were shopping was kind and polite (hence the two stars). However, when we got to the register, we had to wait several minutes for a cashier to come and check us out. That is, on its own, not a big deal. The problem was the employee herself. She began by throwing the toothpaste she had been stocking onto the counter and mumbling under her breath. Then, she said, "I don't know why people just can't use the self-checkout and let me do my job." My reply to this was that we were at the regular checkout because the self-checkout sign said five items or less (we had about 25 items or so). She replied that the five item sign was for "recreational users" and got mad when we didn't understand what that meant. She continued to be rude to us, making sarcastic and unprofessional comments and cussing. I asked to speak to the store manager to which she promptly replied that she was the manager, after which she continued to make rude comments for the duration of our transaction.

This store has the rudest employee I have ever met … the older Caucasian lady with wrist brace. I will make sure I never go to that store again and most likely I will not shop anywhere that Dollar General is affiliated with. She has more than once and for the last time treated me like is better than the rest of us living in this $hi7 hole town.

the lady who works here is unprofessional almost every time. but today really pissed me off. she was rude and unprofessional to a customer in front of 5 other people. Made comments about the same customer to coworker in FRONT of the customer.

I love going to the dollar general the worker was very kind helper it's was not crowded and went shopping and came out there fast it was very arrange I find everything I was looking for and everyone had there mask on .
