Hi my name is Celeste 3/12/2025 I had a flat I didn’t know getting gas I pulled to the air pump where Mr Bruce asked if I needed help I was like yes happy as I really don’t know about vehicles let alone my mom’s older jeep Cherokee sport truck my spare wasn’t to good and Bruce put fix a flat in with air it just came out he called around to see if he knew someone can fix it it was to far due to the air and wires coming out ,Mr Bruce told me yesterday was his late father’s birthday 🎂,This guy is a Angel 😇 he gave me a tire pressure to always check my tires he also asked was my son and I good on funds I knew he was a good person, Franks came changed the tire and we prayed before I got on the road ,I’ll never forget yesterday I prayed on the road and prayed for these guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏 There’s good people out here

I needed a simple hardware update (new keyboard on laptop), but they wanted to charge $54 for a diagnostic that I didn't need. It seemed ridiculous to charge for something that isn't necessary. I had just wiped the disk and installed a new OS. Besides, a Mac really doesn't need a diagnostic.
When I change my tires, the shop doesn't charge for a mandatory computer diagnostic of my systems or an unnecessary oil change.
I will never go back there.

I brought in my one year old printer with a printing issue. I paid a diagnostic fee but needless to say after almost 2 days I have to pick it back bec I have not received a call to inform me ( as i was told) of the status of the equipment. This took.place just very recently.

I got completely screwed over after I was assured my clients footage would be recovered and I was assured my clients money would not go to waste they stripped my sd card for footage and returned to me the same files and called it a diagnostic fee I get that happens but who pays us for lost money and time when the “professionals “ ment to help assured me I had it . I wish I would of been more stern they wouldnt have been so money hungry for my clients money now I’m in more debt w client over this buisness

Absolutely garbage to argue with a customer. Can't even tell the difference between an inline and an ethernet.Next time I'll just order what I need online, so I don't have to be argued with.
