Twice have lost items from drivers deliberately delivering to wrong address

I am so sick and tired of these drivers dropping my packages off at my neighbors house! My address is clearly marked on my mailbox! How hard is it to look at the address on the mailbox and realize you're at the wrong location!!?? Asinine!! Neighbors house is NOT walking distance when we each have ACRES of land!! Why do we pay for shipping???? We are paying forna service we are not receiving!
You can forget customer service! It's a bunch of foreigners, who could absolutely care less about where your package is! "DID YOU CHECK WITH YOU NEIGHBOR?"
It's NOT MY JOB to go hunt down my package, that FEDEX was PAID TO DELIVER!!!!!!
One time last year Fedex managed to deliver to my address. The driver left my package at the end of my 1000ft driveway, at night, in the RAIN!! ? ? ? ?

I live on half of a property all one address my side is all nice an clean the other half has an old falling down house with grass 2ft tall the driver took my package an left it on the old houses porch even though you could plainly see that no one lived their when door was open

Had large package being delivered. Driver contacted me a half hour before showing up so I could meet him. No way the truck would have made it to my house in this subdivision.

Once again my order was pushed back A-day I have never gotten it on the day it was supposed to get here. I have to wait out by my gate sometimes as early as 3 PM and they don't let me know till 8 PM that they're not gonna come. And this is about the 8th time in a little over a year that the weather was blamed. Please see my photos. I show what fedex sent me. And the AccuWeather forecast for day-and-night for the designation Shelbyville Tx and Lufkin Tx. I want to post these photos because I don't want to call anyone a liar.

This is the most inefficient, overpriced scam of a company I've ever encountered. Their "Customer Service" is the biggest joke I've ever heard!!!They told me my shipment would cost around $600.00. The bill turned out to be $2,400.00! They charged $400.OO extra for fuel surcharge and over $300.00 just to re-weigh the package at a way point! AND the package was 2 days late! I will NEVER ship anything with FedEx again!!!
