Got a flat while on a trip to see family and had my car towed. They got me in pretty quick considering it was a busy weekend and the staff was super nice.

Sent my daughter in to get my lifetime front end alignment done today, that was purchased at that location, made the appointment last week. She dropped car off and when she went back to pick it up they told her they could not do the front end alignment and handed her a sheet of paper with over $4,000 in recommended parts and labor and denied doing front end alignment. One of the recommendations was having an oil change, where less than 2 weeks ago the rear main seal was replaced and extensive work done by a certified mechanic that I trust. They also suggested that the rear shock, struts, etc, be redone and it had all just been replaced(converted from air suspension). In the past me or my son have taken vehicle in to be serviced. After reading other reviews, I feel like they saw a young female drop vehicle off and thought that they could get money out of it.

Has the best customer service in Lufkin! I had taken my car to two different auto shops for a mechanic to figure out what was causing the noise I was hearing and both told me, ohh it’s nothing your good. Took to Firestone explained to the lady what I was hearing. She drove it come back put up on jack and explained to me it was my shocks!!! I knew I was hearing something not right!!! Thank you for taking the time to find the problem. I will be coming here for future auto needs.

The service and the employees were wonderful. Nathan helped me with the check in and check out. I have a warranty that covers the oil changes and he was wonderful with checking into that and getting the info needed. The only complaint I have was that I had an appt and I was still there for an hour and a half to two hours.

If I could give negative stars I would dropped my truck off for alignment and tire rotation just for them too call 3 hours later and say they couldn’t do any of it and said I needed to drive back to Conroe to get them to do since they did it first so this place is trash
