I’ve never had any issues with this bank. I’ve been banking there for 5 years and the customer service is excellent. They are always very helpful with everything.

They wouldn't cash my Western Union money order after the Teller wrote all over it because I wasn't a customer of the junk no name bank doing business inside Lufkin Texas Walmart. When I moved to Texas I was surprised that only about 3 of the major banking institutions are in Texas and there's other no name Banks only do buiness in certain parts of Texas in this case Deep East Texas.. so good luck ? going on a vacation or anything else out of the state of Texas because you are going to pay high way robbery in ATM fees.. Now Breann Flores was nice and polite in her explanation but on the other hand who ever William is at this branch was very rude and disrespectful I suggest he pay a visit to Juarez Mexico to understand how to be professional and Respectful especially to Elders.

This bank is no convenience at all. No bank to bank transfer. No direct bill deposit and it takes them forever to receive an transfer from another bank. The hours are not convenient either. They should open up earlier on Fridays and Saturdays.

I deposited a payroll check via mobile deposit on Jan 21 and I'm being told the funds won't be available until FEBRUARY 1st. Absolutely horrible. I will be finding a different bank.

I made this account just to show how mad I was about this location specifically. I’ve had this bank for a couple years and I try to be very understanding. Well, today was my final straw that broke the camels back. Over the years they seem to be very understaffed every single time I come in. There are people who wait for well over 20 mins just to be able to see a cashier/teller and they are the next person in line to be seen. All I wanted to do today was pull some money out of my own account and they told me, the teller and the supervisor, that they couldn’t even pull what I was asking for because they have a “limit” on how much they can give customers. I have came up here before and another teller gave me more than what I was asking for today. Well the supervisor tells me she doesn’t have the money and can only give me so much and I need to get the rest from the atm that literally beside them. What kind of bank does this? Obviously this bank does. If I could give this place a 0 star I would! I would not recommend this bank location to anyone. I can’t say anything about other locations but this is not the bank you want to put your money in.

Treasure, at the Lufkin Walmart branch is a treasure! Never had rude service from anyone there! Matter of fact, they are more inclined to joke around with you instead of being rude. Great bank! Great employees!

I give 1 star for the new app, not the employees at the bank at this location. The employees are GREAT. But this new app is horrible. I believe FCB knows it is too which is why they have disabled the comments in the apple store. You click app support and it goes to the main page with nowhere to contact the app support so I came here to let you guys know that I hate the new app!

I have banked here for many years. I love these people here. By now I’ve dealt with all of them & I have never had an unpleasant experience. The branch manager is the sweetest. For those of you that pulled the race card out, please. I’m white & most of these employees are not. They have never made me feel uncomfortable. I never have to really go to the branch, it’s called direct deposit. If I need cash, which isn’t often, I will go in to use the atm machine. The only thing I would request is more atm machines for this bank around town. I’ve used a lot of banks while living here & this one is my favorite. They are open 7 days a week. To the person that complained about employees leaving at between 5-7. Maybe their shift was over. This bank opens early some days & these employees don’t only get there 10 mins before opening, they are there much earlier & much later than closing. They don’t pay overtime. So if they are leaving early & the line is long, maybe ask someone instead of making assumptions.I really love that these ladies listen to Christian music, good for them. Spread the love. To the lady that complained about them walking up to her & asking for her credentials for an account & she just gave it to them. Don’t blame them for you choosing to make a stupid decision. Would you just give your ID to anyone that asks?Anyway, my account got hacked one time (not bc I gave my Id to anyone that asked). A site my husband bought something from, he’s used before, got hacked. I hated that I couldn’t access my account for over 45 days(most banks investigate for longer & some will close your account w/o letting you know). I had to call to make sure my balance matched what I had. It sucks that the automated deal doesn’t give you transactions, just deposits & an updated balance. No info with pending transactions. I talked to the main branch more than once a month. The only time I got a rude person was when she acted like I was lying. I gave her a piece of my mind & then reported her to the FDIC. These hackers were so good that they made it look like the purchase actually came from his phone. Well, we don’t have an Xbox so I know we didn’t buy any online games. Needless to say I got all my $ back. Then when I couldn’t get full access to my account since the main branch didn’t unlock it all the way, I went to the branch. This young lady, Treasure, she got on the phone to the main branch to get them to unlock it all while I stood there. I’m usually not good with remembering names, but I made sure to remember her name. Very helpful & she made sure before I left that everything worked fine with my online banking. This young lady is a good example of a dedicated employee with good work ethics. Definitely excellent customer service! It’s not very common you see many in her generation being that helpful. She was raised right! You always have to remember that if you had a bad experience somewhere, maybe it isn’t just their fault. You can’t expect to have a positive experience if you always have a negative attitude. It doesn’t matter if the customer is always right. It would be nice for the bank to be a little more secluded so when the line is long, they aren’t all in the middle of the store in everyone’s walkway. Maybe build outside of Lufkin Walmart since they are popular.

The most INCONVENIENT bank you could use. Nothing but problems no matter what you are trying to do. Zero interest in helping customers and absolutely rude employees in person and on the 800#. Choose anywhere but here unless you need an extra headache in your life!
