The gym is 24/7 access and great vibes all around. Staff is friendly, approachable and great, and members felt comfortable asking for a spotter from other members when needed. The location in Lufkin is good equipment, free weight options, body scanning and super clean. It is a awesome gym to visit, a forever gym for moving. The staff is great and the equipment is great.
I am very happy with the gyms recent investment in a new machine i am very thankful that you guys have gotten a 2 in 1 leg extension and leg curl machine I used pray for that
